Light, Bright and Fresh, beautiful third floor Villa with the BEST views of the Myrtlewood golf courses and lake, Private and quiet corner unit with expansive views throughout. Enjoy vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, updated kitchen with S.S. appliances and granite countertops. Updated Brand New 65 inch & 55 inch Smart LG with Netflix and Samsung TVs. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one king sized bed and two twin beds. The sleeper sofa in the living area pulls out to a queen sized bed. Newer Washer/dryer, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for you to make simple meals. There're 7 outdoor swimming pools for you to use with key fobs. Plenty free parking spaces but, Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted on premises.
If you want to be close to, but not directly on -- Myrtle Beach. This is the place!!! It's on Golf course, EXTREMELY CONVENIENT to everything. The condo has all you need for a very comfortable stay. Golf enthusiasts will definitely enjoy the beautiful view overlooking one of Myrtlewood Golf club's two courses! The location is maybe 3 miles from the Myrtle beach" strip" and Boardwalk and only a short blocks to a Food Lion grocery store, a CVS grocery store, some other shops and restaurants. The popular Broadway at the Beach-- with shops, amusement rides, restaurants, Bars, music, etc--- is also less than a 5 minute drive away. We will ensure your smooth check-in with smart lock entry code and CLEAN place for your well deserved vacation!!
