Massive, picturesque family fun getaway w/pool, game room & trampoline
Enjoy your stay at this quiet, comfy and spacious home with a huge kitchen, double oven, play room, private heated pool, hot tub, and trampoline. Venture out to nearby shopping, hiking trails. Close to Ben Avery Shooting Range, TSMC and Lake Pleasant and some of the best golf courses in the country.
This home works great for multiple families, as the bunk room sleeps 4, there is a massive playroom stocked with toys.
It's also well suited for remote workers, with one dedicated office, and another 2 desks (one in the downstairs bedroom and another in the master bedroom).
By far the best part of the home is the yard! Sunrise and sunsets are epic with unobstructed mountin views, and there is a lovely play pool with 5-foot depth, pool toys fire pit, grassy area and trampoline.
If you can drag yourself out of the house, you'll have some great restaurants and shopping close by and easy access to Downtown Phoenix (25 minutes), Scottsdale (20 minutes), Sedona (80 minutes) and Grand Canyon (3 hours).

Why they chose this property
We bought this property because of the space, pool and view. We also loved the location as we could easily escape to Lake Pleasant or venture north for day trips to Sedona or Flagstaff.
