Worst Experience Ever!
From the start it was bad! Before we booked they have the map of the area to show where they are close by, I searched the area and it was close to where our other friends were staying so we booked. After we paid and saw the address the time went to an hour and 5 minutes, so the map on the listing is not accurate at all. Then they were sending emails that went to junk mail and we had to sign some sort of rental agreement that we have NEVER had to do before at any rental. When it came time to check in we didn’t have the codes to get in and called VRBO nobody could be reached for the listing so we had to get a hotel for the night after driving 12 hours all day. The following day we were finally able to check in. The house was spacious and looks as listed but how can you sleep 25 and only have parking for 3 cars? No overflow parking and recreational vehicle parking is 15 minutes away. To top it off on our last day we wanted to grill and it was locked with a cable lock and of course nobody could be reached. We left the property to get our truck and trailer to prepare packing etc and were stopped at the gate by their security and were held at the gate for 30 minutes at 11pm in the pouring rain and they would not let us through with the trailer. Nowhere in the listing does it say no trailers and security had already let us through on our 1st day with the trailer when we unloaded our luggage. We had to park by their tennis courts and catch a ride with our friends to the house.
