Breathtaking view!

This house was perfect for what we were looking for. Easy to get to, great location, and convenient for things to do. The town was very friendly and cute place to park and walk around with small shops, plenty of places to eat and a couple of public beaches for kids. Overall an excellent choice would definitely come back here again.

My Eagle's Nest Experience

This was an amazing house in the south end of Moosehead Lake. It had a wonderful view of the lake and was conveniently close to town. The inside was oozing with charm and was a very well stocked place with all sorts of amenities. When the day comes that I make my way back up to Moosehead, I WILL be searching for this property to rent again.

Well stocked

The kitchen had everything anyone could want, coffee pots, crockpot, instant pot, cooking utensils, pots and pans. If it rains, there is plenty of games, toys and movies.

Chalet house in Greenville

The house was wonderful, with a very useful kitchen stocked well well cookery. The only complaint is the queen bed which is way too soft for my arthritic back. Everything else is super.

Time for New Beds

I wish I had looked at the reviews. The location is great, the house was very clean and cozy, but the beds are simply awful. In the downstairs bedrooms, you can feel the coils of the old mattresses. Very very uncomfortable. In the upstairs bedroom, the queen mattress is VERY uncomfortable. The mattress caves in toward the middle. We unfortunately won’t be back. We love the house but we hardly got any sleep because of the poor mattresses. Please invest to replace them!

Great location and view!

4 adults stayed at the house for a long weekend. We loved the close location to town and the incredible view of the lake. The house was easy to find, had plenty of parking and was stocked with all of the every day items one would need. Our only complaint was related to the terrible mattresses. I hate to say it but I don’t think we’d be able to stay here again solely because we were so uncomfortable we slept terribly. If you’re not the type to be bothered by that I’d highly recommend this house!!!

We loved Eagle's Nest

Such a beautiful place with lots of little extras (puzzles, neat items throughout the house to see, hammock), we especially loved the firepit while sitting on the front deck looking at the lake. If you come at night, it's a little hard to find (or our GPS was bad lol) .... but we loved every minute! The big windows allowed for a spectacular view while inside. The beds were like sleeping on a marshmellow since we have a very hard bed at home. The home was very clean and we utilized the kitchen wear with lots of good meals. *side note: not many stores around, so pack accordingly and bring everything you need; there is a small grocery store & cute shops in town.

Fantastic house on Moosehead Lake

We had an amazing stay with a group of friends at Moosehead Lake. The house was great: - Amazing views, on a hill overlooking the lake. - The property is a few hundred feet from the road so we were able to let the kid and dog run around. - A big patio, living room, and dining room for socializing. - The kitchen was very well stocked. Lots of dishes, cookware, spices, olive oil, paper towels, etc. - Very clean. - Lots of board games. - Professionally managed. Check in is simple and they're very quick to respond by text. Only a few minor drawbacks: - There is no vent for the gas stove. We left the windows and doors open when cooking so the kitchen didn't smell like gas. There's also no vent for the gas fireplace, but there's also an electric heat pump. - No dishwasher. - The only TV is in a small room in front of a couch that fits 2/3 people max. Our stay was still 10/10 overall, and we're hoping to visit again!
