One of London's historic buildings reinvented. Previously home to the Crown Attorney of London in the 1900's, this historic home was extended and converted into separate apartments. This is a multiplex and each apartment unit has been fully renovated and upgraded.

Steps to downtown (pedestrian bridge at the end of the street). This is the perfect place if you'd like to be close to downtown but not immediately downtown.

Apartment unit includes: separate entrance, 1-car designated parking spot, full washroom, full living space, full kitchen, in-suite laundry, separate controls for in-suite heat/ac. Outdoor spaces are shared.
