La ventaja es que el apartamento tiene el área de sala-comedor-cocina totalmente separada de los dormitorios, lo que asegura a sus huéspedes una estancia placentera y confortable en un ambiente espacioso.


La cocina está totalmente equipada con cocina eléctrica empotrada en un sobre de granito, vajilla y utensilios, micro-ondas y refrigerador.

También tienen muebles de sala y de comedor para cuatro personas.
