This condo, overlooking Boca Ciega Bay, is located in the beautiful resort style community of Isla Del Sol, just off St. Pete Beach. This bright and welcoming space holds a spacious living room with sofa and loveseat, a TV with cable, and a full dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. The master suite has a queen bed and newly remodeled bathroom, while the guest bedroom has two full beds with bath off the hall. Enjoy quiet and peaceful views from your private balcony furnished with chairs and table.
Guests will have a parking pass for one car in a designated parking spot for the condo. Guests have access to the private resort style pool and hot tub. There are palm tree lined walking paths for your enjoyment and exercise. The golf course is private, but a welcome site to enjoy.
The Isla Del Sol community is nestled between the southern tip of St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach, just north of Tierra Verde. Our guests enjoy the pampered and prestigious lifestyle expected from a work-class private establishment. Also located nearby is Fort DeSoto Park, which offers two piers, beaches, picnic area, hiking trails, bicycling trails, and kayak rentals.
Isla Del Sol is an easy drive by car to the public beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and drug stores. There is beach parking available in the public access lots, which charge an hourly rate. Pass-A-Grille Beach also has public metered parking. Uber is always an option as well. On St. Pete Beach, there is also a service called Freebie Beach rides, which is available by downloading the app, and catching anywhere on Gulf Blvd on St. Pete Beach. It will take you anywhere from Pass-A-Grille to just short of Treasure Island.

- Responsible party booking and staying must be 25 or older.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however, we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving to prevents pests and odors.
- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.
- Please be respectful of others by being quiet between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am (in the condo, on the balcony, in the halls, etc.). Additionally, there are residents who enjoy this place of relaxation year round, so this is not a party destination. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times, including at pool.
- Parking pass, pool pass and clubhouse key must be returned upon checkout - Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee per lost item.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
The following rules are rules of the community association. By booking this condo, you are agreeing to the following rules:
- Park only in assigned spot
- Guests or tenants are not allowed pets at all whatsoever
- Standard private passenger vehicles only, no other vehicles
- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony, hallway, or any common/visible area
- Rules posted at pool will be strictly enforced
- No chairs in grassy area
- No more than 6 people in condos
- No propane or charcoal grills
- This is a residential community, not a hotel, conduct yourselves accordingly
