This fabulous eighth floor condo has expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has been updated with fine flooring, granite counters, and luxury mattresses. The master offers a large king bed, seagrass headboard, and access to an ensuite bath with dual vanity sinks, a garden tub, as well as a separate walk in tiled shower. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and adjoins the 2nd bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combination. You will find all the comforts of home with a full compliment of dishes, silverware, and cookware to prepare meals as you wish with full size stainless appliances. The living room compliments the view with plenty of comfortable seating which includes a microfiber suede sofa, two occassional chairs, and access to the Gulf front balcony. You will be able to enjoy ample dining seating with a nice table for six and barstools at the breakast bar. Make your next stay in style at Aqua 804, where the sparkles on the water will dazzle you!

Great Condo and location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will definitely stay here again. Condo was clean and ready before expected check in time. It is stocked with all the basics. I don’t cook meals on vacation but I did fix eggs and toast daily. The location is a short walk to Pier Park. I usually stay on Thomas Drive but I like this location much better due to being closer to many restaurants.

Great stay!

Thank you for a fabulous stay! The condo was clean and well stocked. The location is amazing. Love the short walk to pier park. The pools, hot tub and deli were great onsite amenities. We will definitely be staying with you in the future!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay during Spring Break! Everything was just as it shows in the pictures. The condo was very clean and was perfect for our family vacation. The elevators were not bad at all.

Aqua 804

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy staying in Aqua 804. Always clean.My only problem with Aqua is the walkway to the beach needs to be redone. I found with knee problems it is not very convenient. Other than that the condo is always neat and clean.
