Welcome to the Porch B In Innsbruck Golf community. Nestled among trees, Porch B is part of a 2 unit duplex and can be both booked for a big group. Enjoy private views of Mt. Yonah from this cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. Relax in the hot tub (emptied and cleaned after each guest) fire up the BBQ grill, or dine al fresco in the outdoor dining area. Free in premise parking and a private entrance make this a perfect getaway. Walk to downtown Helen( just 1.2 miles away) or take a short drive to nearby attractions.

Please notice that a security camera is located in the front porch, overlooking the parking area. The neighborhood amenities are for residents only. Guests can use resort amenities such as golfing and pickleballing upon reservation and payment. Fireplace season is October 15-April 5. This Unit is DOG friendly. No other pets of any type are allowed and the following breeds are restricted by the insurance company: Rottweiler, Doberman, Great Dane, Chow, Pit Bull and German Shepherds.** We can sometimes accommodate early check in for an additional $50 fee

Nice little duplex!

We enjoyed our stay! Little touches were so nice to have! Close to downtown but with littles we drove everywhere. We enjoyed the hot-tub & fire place

Porch B - Incredible Getaway!

My wife and I were absolutely impressed with the Porch B! The host and accommodations exceeded our expectations over and over. The property was very clean and made us feel safe. Even with all the attractions nearby, we kept wanting to go back and hang out at the Porch! Best stay we've ever had!

Fantastic location, and incredible property. The place was immaculate with a very well stocked kitchen. A lot of little extras. My friends and I had a marvelous time! I hope to be back!

Great place

This was a great little home. There were 4 of us and it was perfect. We cooked breakfast and enjoyed the hot tub one night. Be warned though if you want to walk into town the hill from the front gate to house is very steep.

Awesome Place!

Cozy and comfortable with everything you need. Loved the screened in porch with hot tub. Very clean and had lots of amenities to make you feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again.

Porch B & A

I rented Porch A & B Villas & both were beautifully decorated, very clean, well supplied & a perfect place to be. We enjoyed both the front & back porch’s with two different views. The development is gated & very safe & secured. It is 5 minutes to Helen and 10 minutes to 3 gorgeous Falls.

This property has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Really enjoyed the hot tub with the beautiful and private views. Great location to Main Street and popular hiking trails. Everything was so nice and we really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Porch B. The house was close to everything but yet peaceful and quiet. House was well equipped with what you need and very clean which is a big deal to me. I definitely recommend Porch B to anyone looking to get away.

Warm and welcoming

This is a return visit to this property and we would definitely stay here again. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Maklen is an excellent host. She left little baskets of toiletries and snacks in case we forgot anything. The hot tub was very clean and relaxing. The weather didn’t cooperate (rainy and chilly) but we didn’t care.

Great Helen rental

Great location of the place. It is a secure place guarded by security so we felt safe. Very clean. They even supplied laundry soap, dish soap, towls for hot tub and even a little box full of razors, toothbrushes, q tips, soap etc. Will love to stay here again. Owner even communicated well.

Very, very clean & comfortable stay!

Communication with Maklen from before booking until after checkout was impeccable and fast! Upon arrival, we were greeted with Christmas decorations, soft music playing and lights on. Beds were comfortable, entire property was very, very clean, extra amenities throughout the property were so appreciated and really made us feel comfortable during our stay! Neighborhood is close to downtown Helen and very quiet! So grateful for such wonderful hospitality for our getaway to Helen! Would 100% stay in Maklen's property again and will recommend to anyone traveling to the area!

Nice cozy place!

Our stay was very comfortable. I enjoyed the convenience of being close to town. The place was very quiet and clean. The furniture was a bit uncomfortable. I suggest removing the sofa and chair and get two comfortable recliners instead. This would provide a little more space and comfort. Maklen was awesome in communicating with me. You definitely want to rent with him. Thank you!
