Coco Cabana is an exquisite home on Copano Bay. Whether you're fishing in the evening, swimming in the pool, or just soaking up the sun, this is a great place to relax.

This home is perfect for large families, sleeping up to twelve guests. Pull up to Coco Cabana and be greeted by a freshly manicured lawn. Step inside and let the vacation begin! The open floor plan allows space for everyone to be together while still doing their own activities. Sink into the living room and relax while watching your favorite show on the smart TV, or head outside to the well-furnished patio and take in the fresh coastal air. Whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen set with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all major and minor appliances. Dine at the lovely, adorned dining table where you enjoy a delicious meal as a family. Throw the fresh catch of the day on the large gas grill, set with counter space.

Retreat to the primary bedroom for sweet dreams in the comfortable king size bed set with a smart TV, patio access and an ensuite bathroom. There you will find granite countertops and a large walk-in shower. On the second floor you will find the second bedroom with a king size bed as well, and down the hall is the third bathroom with a king bed and a shared bathroom equipped with a shower/tub. Lastly, the fourth bedroom located on the second floor above the garage has a queen bed, full size bed, twin trundle, and an ensuite bathroom with a combination shower/tub. These four rooms are all equipped with Smart TVs for late-night shows. For additional sleeping arrangements, a twin roll bed away can be found on the home's main level.

Anniversary Getaway

We made great memories. We were a bit surprised to find the house did not have the basic starter supplies as listed but a quick phone call got them delivered. We also encountered a water leak from an AC splitter in the unit above the garage. There had been a towel left to catch the water on the ground and unfortunately we had to replace the towel each night we were there. The floor and wall below the unit were constantly being soaked. The rest of the house, pool and fishing pier were great. It nicely accommodated 12 of us.

Summer Vacay

Beautiful property. Had a few hiccups cleaning crew was still at property 15 min after our scheduled check in. The bedroom over the garage was hard to keep cool. The pool was not clean upon arrival. I tried to reach out to get it cleaned. But took 1.5 days before i could hear back. On day 2 of our vacay someone came out to clean it. Other than those hiccups. The property was beautiful, the views were gorgeous. Fishing was awesome.

Vacation '23

The property was nice, as wwll as the dock and fishing. The kids definitely enjoyed the dock and fishing. The internet/wifi was pretty bad, and we were pretty far from everything. If i could pick this house/property up and move it to Port A, it would be amazing. The trash only picks up on Fridays, and when we arrived there was a trash can by the road for pickup but we didnt see the full trash can up by the house until the trash had already run. This was a bit of an issue due to accomodating 8 people, fishing trash, and multiple meals. Other than that, it was pretty great!

Vacation trip to Rockport TX

The property was beautiful. It was on the water. Loved the pool. Loved all the kitchen appliances. However, there was food under one of the beds. There was not enough bath towels. There was only 2 kitchen towels but no dish cloth or dishwashing liquid. Only one trash bag was provided. The grill was so dirty we had to scape it clean before we could use it. No bath soap or shampoo was provided. We tried to reach out but no one responded to our many emails. Finally called and got someone and they could only read what was published. If we could have gotten a response we could have brought the missing items. We have rented many before for about 10 years now and have never had this poor communication or lack of household items. Our friends were not impressed and our family was disappointed.
