Unique stay in a vintage gas station
Very unique stay!!! Restored 1960s gas station remodeled into an open concept studio with 2 beds, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 bath and modern kitchen amenities. Best for guest seeking an ‘off the beaten path’ and vintage experience.
Close to Beaver Lake (War Eagle Marina approx. 7 minutes away), easy access to Hwy 412, and a 15-minute drive to Fayetteville and Springdale. Perfect for bikers, fishing, lake trips, hikers; we offer a large parking lot with covered parking and 18x16 inside garage parking/storage space, as needed.
Completely open concept. 2 beds (1 king and 1 queen) and 1 pull out twin sofa bed. Full kitchen (no dishwasher or garbage disposal). 1 bathroom with toilet and shower.
The property has a ping pong table, darts, and board games.
You will have full run of the place, excluding side garage and basement. Convenient entry with keypad.
The bungalow is completely open concept, except for the bathroom. Off the beaten path, drivable to key areas in northwest Arkansas.
