Beautiful house on the Guadalupe

We loved our stay here with family! The bedroom situation was perfect for our family (11 people split into 3 family units). There was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax and our kids loved the game room area. Terry (the host) was very nice and gave us a tour of the property when he arrived; it’s clear he’s put a lot of effort into the property! Depending on what water activities you want to do you may want to check the Guadalupe River water levels as it was very low when we were here, but we still had a great time and would definitely come back!

River

This is not a tubing river. You can kayak or sit by the spill way over in the park. But the lily pads are very congestive. In order to get down to the river bottom on the property it’s a rocky path. And the river access is not ideal. Very low water level. Property needs maintenance. Was fun overall with family. Host was very accommodating and welcoming.
