Features on main floor: master suite, full bath and second bedroom, laundry area and garage. 2nd floor has large sitting area with two bedrooms and full bath. Phase 2. Construction underway w new pool / club house not avail for summer 2022. Wi-Fi, short drive to shops, mini golf, farmer's market, supermarket, desserts and a lot of local restaurants. No pets. No smoking.
