Welcome and thank you for visiting!

Balcony construction will begin September 23 and will go through the end of the year. Unfortunately all balconies will be closed during this time. We are offering a 20% discount! We have removed instant booking for now so that everyone can be informed before booking.

There has been some confusion about beach access since the recent ruling on Customary Use. Gulf Place has 3 beach access points and our Caribbean beach is the same as it has always been! Please visit www.visitsouthwalton.com for more information.

Or take a relaxing stroll on the sugary, white sands of the most beautiful beaches in the world, located just steps away via private beach access. Your dream vacation destination is conveniently located next to the restaurants and designer boutiques of quaint Gulf Place Town Center.

Our Gulf Place Caribbean condo has been beautifully updated. We have a great view of the Gulf, heated pool and lake from the third floor. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed with fresh new bedding. Kids will love the twin bunk bed area that is tucked into the hallway. For extra sleeping space the new living room sofa pulls out into a queen sleeper that features a comfortable memory foam mattress. You will find that the kitchen is fully equipped and is furnished with stainless steel appliances. You will love the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit.

There is enough seating in the dining area for six. The deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the view from the third floor balcony.

There is so much to do without ever having to leave Gulf Place. The restaurants are wonderful and there are many activities like tennis and shuffleboard to keep you busy. We offer three swimming pools and two of them are heated in the cooler months for year-round enjoyment.

This condo is the perfect getaway, no matter what time of year you visit! Thank you for visiting!

A Fabuous Vacation!
This was our 2nd time at Gulf Place. We absolutely love the beach and the whole area. The condo kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have back-pack beach chairs and an umbrella so we did not have to rent any. The beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The owners quickly responded to all my questions and even helped me plan my driving route!

Great location on 30A
Lovely host, small condo located 2 mins from fabulous beach. Three pools in complex, 2 heated. Decent size for swimming lengths. 18 mile bike path right outside condo. Many places to rent bikes. 30a is a great little Gulf beach hugging road. Little towns dotted along it with shops and restaurants for those that need that. Lots of music in local bars and restaurants. Some lovely state parks along the highway. Super for walking and biking. Golf courses around and kayaking options. Amazing and unique dune lakes around this area - a rare global occurrence. Apartment complex is older and some renovation going on affecting most apartments. Lots of construction going on along 30a. I think this coastal road was a hidden gem which is becoming very popular now. But for an affordable place to put down roots for a couple of months this was ideal.

While Mother Nature didn't cooperate as much as we would have liked, we had a relaxing time at the beach on spring break. The condo was very clean and comfortable with easy access to the beach. Our hosts made everything easy with great communication before and during the stay including some excellent restaurant recommendations. Very happy with this choice.

It was a wonderful visit with my son. The condo was great. The repair work was a little worrisome although the host assured me it was safe. I’m a worry wart so of course that’s where my mind went. I love Gulf Place very convenient to St Rita’s and the beach what else could you ask for.

Great Beach Across The Street
Host was very responsive and helpful. The beach across the street was the best in the entire area. Crystal clear water and beautiful white sand. We went to several other beaches in the area but kept coming back to the beach across the street as it was the best and not very crowded. The condo is in a great location to explore other areas nearby. We enjoyed walking around the shops at Seaside and Rosemary Beach nearby. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas so we didn't have to worry about renting or buying some ourselves. The only downside was the place was not super clean upon arrival. I'm sure the host would have taken care of it if requested but to have cleaners come and coordinate all of that wasn't something we wanted to deal with, we ended up wiping it down ourselves. Overall a great stay, great host, great location. Five Stars.

The property was very nice, well maintained, comfortable bed and the check out rules were minimal and simple. So much to do within a close walking distance. When we return to Santa Rosa my first move will be to check if this suite is available.

The owners thought about almost everything to make your trip perfect!
They had ample kitchen supplies, towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. We packed all of our beach supplies and didn’t have to unpack them from our vehicle. Unless we rent a large property with our adult children and their families we don’t cook. But the unit had good cooking pots and supplies. This was the first time we cooked breakfast each morning before heading out and dinner a few nights. We were relaxed and enjoy the Gulf Place community! Close to everything and when you want to find restaurants they are a short walk away. Definitely would recommend to a couple!

Lovely condo in 30a
Our first time doing Spring Break in 30A and it was such a great trip! The condo was perfect for our family of four, very convenient to the beach, pool, restaurants and shops. Hosts we’re always very quick to respond if we had any questions. We plan on returning!

My family had a wonderful time staying at Gulf Place! It has a small town vibe with shops, restaurants, coffee shops right there within walking distance. The condo is right across from the beautiful emerald coast beaches with private access, so it never felt too crowded. The only complaint would be the overall cleanliness. When we first arrived, the elevators reaked and were covered with kitty litter (possibly covering up vomit). The condo itself was nice, but again, not left as clean as we would have liked. There was hair in the bathroom from previous guests, sand on the kitchen counter, and many of the dishes were put away dirty. The host, Laura, was amazing to communicate with and very helpful. Much of the cleanliness issue was totally out of her hands. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely go back!

We love the beautiful uncrowded white sand beaches and small community feel of Santa Rosa Beach. Gulf Place has the best amenities in the area. You can spend the day at the beach or pool, play tennis and shuffleboard and go to shops and restaurants without ever getting in a car.
