This is a three bedroom / one bathroom apartment with separate toilet apartment in the heart of the 6th arrondissement a few steps away from the Luxembourg gardens and the Odeon Theatre. Train RER B direct to Charles de Gaulle airport is around the corner and line 4 is two blocks away.
The apartment which is on the second level ( third american ) of a XVII century building with no elevator consists of a large living room opening on a tree planted courtyard and a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer combo . The three bedrooms are located on the other side of the apartment and open on a small courtyard which offers full silence. Each bedroom offers privacy with its own door . The master bedroom has a hotel quality queen size ( 160cm*200cm or 65*80 inches ) bed , the second bedroom has a hotel quality double ( 140cm*200 cm or 56 * 80 inches) bed and the third bedroom has a hotel quality single ( 90cm *200 cm or 36 * 80 inches) bed . There are two half bathrooms , one with a large shower and a sink and the other one with a toilet and a sink .

The apartment comes with free WI-Fi and free cable TV .

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance ( five minutes) to Latin Quarter, Notre Dame and the Seine river. . It is a lovely walk ( 30 minutes)to the Louvre, Orsay Museum or Le Marais.

Paris and Olympics
This apartment was perfect and our host Olivier was kind and responsive. When our train to Provence was canceled, he responded immediately to our request to extend our trip by one night. The location is conveniently located steps away from tranquil Luxembourg gardens and several metro stops. We loved being away from the chaos but able to easily get everywhere we needed to go. The flat has alll you need and we could also do some laundry! The temperature got into the 90s and the fans did the trick to keep us cool. Highly recommend this listing! Thank you Olivier!

Great stay for family of 5
Location was ideal. Literally just a 5 minute walk to Luxembourg or slightly more to Odeon Metro station (or less to a bus stop). Area was safe and quiet. Great bakery around the corner. Carefour right next door (you are inside a walkway and a quaint courtyard so are removed from any noise). Apartment had more living space than I anticipated. Was as advertised/described. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bath very reasonably stocked. Olivier was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We are two 85 year olds with our 17 and 18 year old granddaughters who thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful well appointed apartment. The owner was polite and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Love this apartment
Our group of 5 friends loved the apartment and area. The location is perfect for access to almost anything to see in Paris…a nice home base with lots of dining choices, markers and transit nearby, an easy walk to almost all key sites. Check in was smooth and communication with manager (Olivier) was quick and easy. The building (and apartment) was getting rewired for electricity during our week stay. While noisy and dusty during day, work nearing completion by end of our stay and no impact to us during evenings. Highly recommend and will stay again! Thanks Olivier!

What a great location, and wonderful apartment. Our stay was quite lovely, and a short walk to the Jardin du Luxembourg. The owners/managers were easy to communicate, and helpful! Great suggestions on where to eat and how to get around the city too.

Five days in Paris
My husband, two grandchildren and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was a late booking for us, as we had issues with the original booking I had made months earlier. Even without air conditioning and just one toilet and one shower, this place was our favorite of the four places we stayed on our 17 day trip. The high ceilings and the fans make the air conditioning not essential. We were quite comfortable for our July stay. The location was terrific. We didn't ever take the metro - all the walks were doable for us. Great neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and a small market right outside the door. Communication was excellent. Olivier met us at the apartment when we arrived and provided all the necessary information. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Fantastic apartment!
Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Olivier met us at the apartment for a smooth checkin process. This apartment is in a great location. Restaurants are literally across the street and there is a small grocery store right next door. And this apartment is quiet! We slept with the windows open and could not hear any traffic or noise. And I am a light sleeper. The apartment is really cute, the beds were super comfy, and plenty of towels were provided. The washer/dryer was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone!

Fantastic apartment at the best location in Paris
Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is sunny, quiet and well-equipped, and has a real Parisian feel. The beds are very comfortable and the modern kitchen and shower were a treat after long days outside. It was also great to be able to wash and dry our clothes in preparation for the next part of our trip. Olivier explained everything when we arrived and communication with him was fast and easy before and throughout our visit. The location was just perfect for us - minutes from the Luxembourg gardens, close to many great restaurants, and walkable to all major museums and many other landmarks. Very highly recommended!

Absolutely Wonderful!!
Our family of five had an incredible stay here. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The decor was so bright and inviting! The kitchen was fully stocked and having a washer/dryer was very useful. Olivier was so helpful and accommodating. He allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout until we caught our train. Overall, an incredible experience!
