There is also a sitting area on the balcony with full marina view to chill and breathe fresh air.

The bedroom is complete with a king bed, fresh linens, bed lamp, desk, mirror, and a wardrobe.

The kitchen is well equipped with a Nespresso, toaster, an electric kettle, a stove, microwave, oven and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well.

Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival which we have to upload on Dubai Tourism Department in order to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and registered on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). A guest will be charged a Tourism Dirhams Fee of AED 10 per night.
