house was beautiful location to beach was great beware that the roosters will keep you awake during the night and watch where you step dog poop and rooster droppings on drive leading to house don’t rent a car you will have a hard time getting in the drive way the house number is hard to see from street so if cab driver is not familiar with area he will not know where to take you

Ups and downs
First the good. Close to downtown Sayulita. The building is mixed in a small private block of local residents. Lots of culture to experience. The property was clean, great facilities, had everything we needed. Rene, the local contact was awesome. Now, the cons. The driveway/pull in off the street was horrendous. We rented an average sedan car to use for day trips and the first time we pulled in we scraped the heck out of the bottom of our car as there was numerous spots that stuck up far with chunks of broken concrete. I spent two days building up the pull in with dirt using a dustpan just to not go bottom out. Next… the roosters. I know free range roosters and dogs are a thing in Sayulita, especially in local neighborhoods, BUT right behind the property, literally 20 feet from the master bedroom was three caged roosters that a neighbor keeps that were so loud they sounded like they were in our master bedroom. The free range animals would wake them up at least three times a night at 1-5 am, each time with them calling out for 10-60 minutes. My girlfriend and I barely slept most of the trip. I eventually slept on the couch for half the trip just to be 10-15 feet and an extra wall away from them just to be able to sleep a little. The roosters nearly ruined our trip. So there are ups and downs to this property.
Location was great. 5-10 min walk to the center/beach.
Communication and check-in/check-out was easy and seamless.
As another guest mentioned, there is a slight smell but it certainly isn’t due to lack of cleanliness. The home was spotless. I noticed it the first day but it seemed to fade and wasn’t a problem for our group.
Home had everything you need including a regular coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and a Ninja blender.
We stayed for 2 months at this property. The casa was as advertised…very well equipped. The property manager, Rene, was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Cleaning staff did a great job.
It is however located on one of the busiest streets in Sayulita. Thankfully the traffic and noise subsided in the evening. The only downside were the free range chickens and roosters from next door. The roosters crowed on and off day and night which was really annoying.
We booked this home and found that it was more than we ever expected. The location was great, it was quiet but easy to get to all the fun and excitement. Not far from the beach.
The house had everything you could possibly need and Rene was very easy to get in touch with when we had any questions.
Highly recommend this wonderful home away from home
