Gorgeous and CLEAN!

We rented this place because we were coming in town for our son’s wedding. The place is immaculate, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable with an amazing view of the Pensacola Bay. The photos do not do it justice. Walking distance to all the restaurants and activities in downtown Pensacola. We will 100% be staying here again!

A+ Location & Outstanding Property

The location was perfect! So close to everything. Just park your car and then walk to everything! This place had amazing views of the Pensacola Bay. The Pensacola Bay Bridge was all lit up at night and it looked so pretty while sitting on the balcony. Super clean and high end amenities! Just loved this property — I will definitely be returning to Pensacola and staying at the Seville Sunrise!

Amazing!!!

Bring comfy shoes! This condo is in the cutest neighborhood and walkable to all of the shops, restaurants, parks, bars, etc that downtown Pensacola has to offer. We had no idea downtown Pensacola had that much to offer. The condo owners have thought of everything. Great communication. Very clean. Fully stocked. Beautiful decor. Comfy beds and couches. Nice view of the bay from the balcony. It was hard to leave. We are hoping to make this an annual trip!

I grew up in Pensacola and have lived in Pensacola most of my life. My husband and I recently purchased this awesome property downtown as a 2nd home and when we are not enjoying it, we are making it available for others to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location -- Need I say more! Pensacola's historical history lies right in the area where the Downtown Sunrise is located. Pensacola Seville Square District was discovered around 1756. British surveyors layed out the streets in 1764. The Spanish captured Pensacola in 1781. They retained the original British layout of the streets in the Seville area but changed the British street names to Spanish. The original British street map and the Spanish names remain in use today. There was an Outpost in Seville called Fort San Miguel. Over 260 years of history right here!

What makes this property unique

Most places in downtown Pensacola do not have the water view but we do! Looking at the lights of the Pensacola Bay Bridge at night are georgous. The port of Pensacola is across the way and soon to be the American Magic practice hub. Walking to historical Seville district and Palafox Street in downtown Pensacola is where all the shops and restaurants are. Not to mention the sunrise off the private 2nd floor balcony. Downtown Sunrise is just a SUPER location!
