East Downtown Corporate Comfort Townhome for Work & Relaxation
Perfect corner townhome near downtown and freeways. We designed our modern home to accommodate corporate guest and family. Features large 8 person table and a full kitchen mid level. 2 King Bedrooms (1 first floor & 1 third floor) each with laptop desk. There is an additional laptop desk in the living room. The 3rd Bedroom, also third floor, is a Queen Bed. The Living room couch has a pop up addition that can serve as an additional sleeping or movie watching area. TV's in every bedroom. Amenities are new and clean. Close to GRB, Toyota Center, U of H and Minute Maid Park. Small 2 Car Garage. Metro Train two blocks away. Uber. Doordash.

My name is Bobby and my wife, daughter and I live here in Houston, Texas. We love the East Downtown area because of it's convenience to Downtown restaurants and venues. We love to travel and spend time in Mexico where we also own property in Punta De Mita. We purchased this townhome to host friends and corporate guest that visit Houston.

This property is close to our home and we wanted something special available when our friends and corporate clients come to town.
