The Gallery Palm Springs is a three bedroom, two bathroom home in the Desert Park Estates neighborhood, ~8 minutes by car to downtown Palm Springs and ~6 minutes to PSP.

The Living Room:
- Sunny living room with comfortable seating, large-scale art and a collected design
- Smart tv with live tv streaming and other apps
- Second living room with pocket doors that open to the back yard and pool

The Kitchen:
- Refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher
- Cookware, glassware, dinnerware and utensils
- Keurig coffee maker with a selection of k-cup pods, creamer and sugar
- Welcome snacks and beverages

The Dining Area:
- Dining table with seating for four, additional barstool seating available

The Primary Suite:
- King sized bed with comfortable mattress and pillows
- Closet with hangers
- En-suite bathroom with vanity, toilet and a step-in shower
- All bathrooms are equipped with towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and hair dryer

The Guest Bedrooms
- 2 additional guest bedrooms, each with a queen size bed
- All beds are made up with soft, quality linens
- All bedrooms have closets with hangers

Guest Bathrooms:
- En-suite bathroom in the Primary bedroom with a shower
- Full bathroom off the hallway with a shower
- Both bathrooms are equipped with towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and hair dryer

The Outdoor Space:
- Private swimming pool can be pre-heated on request (fee applies, let us know in advance if you’d like to use the pool heater, weekly discounts available)
- Spa heating is complimentary
- Pool towels
- Lounge chairs

Other Amenities:
- Private and enclosed property
- Full-size washing machine and dryer with complimentary-use laundry detergent and fabric softener (machines are located in the garage)
- High-speed (400 mbps cable) internet and excellent WiFi coverage on the whole property for streaming and high quality video meeting capability
- Garage parking for 1 car

Guests will have exclusive access to the property during their stay. Some very minor portions of the home (cabinets and closet near the garage) are locked off for storage.

The Gallery Palm Springs is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Downtown Palm Springs is less than 10 minutes away by car with top-rated dining, shopping and nightlife options. Palm Springs International Airport is also less than 10 minutes away by car.

The greater Palm Springs area is best accessed with a car, but if you plan to mostly stay at the house and go downtown then it's possible to just use ride sharing services (Uber/Lyft).
