This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. There's a two-car, slightly under ground garage (180”L x 188”W x 70”H ). Garage has a manual, unlocked roller door. There is limited additional street parking or island parking lots, a 4-5 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.

We had a great time for our son's 16th bday! plenty of space, beds and bathrooms for 6-8 people. Clean and updated throughout, comfy beds and great AC! Love the location, patios and the roof deck. Lots of stairs and a thin alley to the front door. Kitchen has all the utensils and cookware you need. Definitely would rent again!

Stayed here last week and it was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend for families or even just adult. Location couldn’t have been better. We loved everything about this stay. Very good communication with management and the house was better than we even anticipated. Definitely would like to stay again next time we come to San Diego!!

Beautiful clean and spacious house!
We absolutely loved staying here. It was very clean, big spacious rooms that all have huge closets, their own bathroom and both masters have comfortable king beds. We loved spending time out on the patio that has views of the ocean. So close to the sand and ocean which is very convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful with all questions and needs that we had! House has beautiful decor and has been updated and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again when we come for our yearly San Diego trip. The only down side of the property is the garage. It scraped the bottom of our car since it has an incline to get down into the spot. We also couldn’t close the garage door because our van didn’t fit. Very hard to get into the space and must be small cars to be able to close the door. Otherwise we loved our stay here and the house.

Three spacious bedrooms and beds were great to accommodate my family with two kids, plus my parents. Location is unbeatable and you are not only within walking distance to the beach, but also restaurants, coffee shops and the more touristy boardwalk areas of Mission Beach. One word of caution is that the garage will not comfortably fit two SUVs, which we learned the hard way. An SUV and regular car should be fine for the savvy parker (would suggest backing in). Communication from the management company was excellent and they were easily reachable by text.

Best vacation!
We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids. It was perfect! Since the home is 4 levels, be aware there are a lot of steps. Literally just steps to the beach, easy walk to the Mission Bay Sports Center. Great coffee at Intazza across the street, fantastic tacos at Tacos El Trompo. We fit 2 cars (Sentra and Altima) in the garage. There was plenty of space, but it was a little tricky getting in and out. Beach towels, chairs and sand toys were all provided, as was some laundry detergent. Would definitely rent this home again.

This house is as advertised and is in an amazing location. Each bedroom has an en-suite which is great when staying with friends. The only downside is that the garage is a challenge to get into due to the steep slope from the alley into the garage.

Sunsets by the Sea
This property is in a perfect location; it's Mission Beach, but maybe 10 minutes on foot from Pac Beach and right across the street from Mission Bay. There are restaurants, coffee shops, markets, rental shops and souvenir shopping all within a few minutes' walk. You can park your car in the ample garage and forget about driving if you want to. Rent bikes or scooters and forget about traffic! The property has a great outdoor, raised deck on the ground level that is perfect for outdoor dining and a rooftop deck with some ocean views and expansive views to the east that is amazing for nighttime or early morning relaxation (it gets pretty sunny up there during the day). The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary dishes / appliances and the furniture and surfaces were clean. The bed on the lower level was SO COMFY which is an important, yet often overlooked detail in vacation rentals. It was a real treat. Hot water was plentiful and soaps, shampoo/conditioner were provided. Closet space was more than adequate and the W/D set up was convenient. The beach was steps (like 25 or 30) from the property which is close enough to go back and forth for snacks & bathroom breaks but far enough that nighttime noise on the boardwalk doesn't interrupt your sleep. Oh, AND we were allowed to bring our non-shedding, medium sized Goldendoodle for a small fee and she LOVED the beach. We felt so lucky to bring her with us. Great experience, great communication from the management company - 100% would book again.

Always a great time!
We have gone through 710 Beach Rentals our last 2 trips to San Diego and they have never disappointed. Both houses have been clean and stocked, great locations, easy and quick response with the company about any questions. The over abundance and comfy pillows is also a plus. We will definitely continue to use 710 to help us have great vacations!

Good stay - two weeks.
The house was great, exactly as described. There are only a few knocks. With all of the emails and communication from the property managers about "good neighbor policy" the surrounding neighbors don't have the same guidelines. The apartment across the sidewalk has a stripper pole in the window. On a few nights during our stay they had some pretty large parties with girls dancing on the pole. On another night the building behind the house had a large party with people shouting until 2 in the morning. On the last day all of the bikes we brought with us were stolen from the side of the house.
