-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for a fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval.
-Garage has a manual roll up door and is best suited for shorter vehicles. To avoid surprises please ensure your vehicle will fit prior to arrival
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels).

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.
PARKING:
There's a two-car, slightly under ground garage (180”L x 188”W x 70”H ). Garage has a manual, unlocked roller door. There is limited additional street parking or island parking lots, a 4-5 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
