100% renovated water front 2 bedroom cottage
waterfront cottage on Kentucky lake @ king creek resort. 100% remodeled finished in march 2023 from raising the roof 5" to new sewer lines coming out the foundation. Our cottage #5 is 672 square feet and after 12yrs in business its our best design for up to 4 guest with some great water views your own fire pit, First bundle of firewood on us, Weber grill, covered rear porch and marina and boat rentals, from 2 bass tracker boats ,to 6 pontoons. cottage also has its own firepit-m with the first bundle of firewood on us. So if you like to Boat, fish ,or relax on a beach, row a boat or just relax on a covered deck overlooking a lake> This is your welcome place at this cottage . Cottage has Air channel tv, with some streaming channels, both tv's have dvd player, 55" in living room, 32" in master . Basic WI_FI. for browsing. We also have a 62 slip Marina on site, boat slips, pontoon and tri-toon rentals. and non-Ethanael gas. You are close to land between the lakes with 170,000 acres Activities, including 500 miles of hiking ,biking ,offroad riding, Horse riding, ELK and Basin Prairie.

me and son started this business in 2010, and were here to stay, we put our best work into this cottage.Its 100% new, but we keep the wood interior siding from the original build from the 1960's , Also keep 60% , of the original exterior walls . inside 100 % new

some of the best water views, Thats why we remodeled it, nothing like seeing the water from the rear deck, and great interior design
