Bare minimum

This stay was with my family. The property owner is very responsive when we encounter an issue at that start of the trip. If you are looking for a property with the bare minimum then this property will do if you plan to just sleep there (which is what we did). Wear house slippers the home is dusty and a sweater if you rent in the winter. The TV didn't work so we realistically only slept there. If you have more than 10 in your party a few may have to bring your own towel. Overall the property is great for large gatherings if you only plan to sleep.

Good overall

Definitely worth the price. It's a pretty nice house, especially considering the price point. Very spacious, to fit a big group. All bedrooms, except 2, have a walk-in bathroom, although it is shared with another bedroom. The house is not as clean, there's a lot of dust everywhere. We wiped all the counters and surfaces down. Also keep in mind that the kitchen has only bare essentials. Also the house has strong interesting smell, mostly in the laundry. I'm not sure if it is cleaning chemicals or something else.

Nice place for family gathering

This is a large, new house that we used as a homebase for a family reunion. Overall, the house was lovely and worked out well. The neighborhood was quiet and it was convenient for getting to restaurants. We did encounter a challenge with the cleaning crew. They were still working when we are arrived at 4:00 and they missed some things in their cleaning process.

special niche

Great for short term projects in Palmdale/Lancaster area! Large and spacious. abundant parking; many bedrooms and bathrooms configured for privacy. very new and clean. minimal furniture; however what is there is the functional stuff (not necessarily geared for vacationing families). Host was very responsive and very nice to work with. we will be returning soon for another short term project in a few months.
