Our vacation home (row house, end) is in an idyllic and a grand panoramic location from where you will have a splendid view of the island of Tavolara, the lagoon and the delightful Sardinian landscape. The house includes a terrace and a garden. It is well suited for four persons. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a waterbed (180 x 200 cm, dual system, free flow) and one with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm). Sleep and sitting comfort is guaranteed for our tall guests. You will find nature, sun, beaches and coves here. You can dive or simply relax – ‘la dolce vita’.

Schöne und ruhige Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche auf Sardinien und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Man findet im Haus alles, was man braucht und die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Eine Klimaanlage (zumindest fürs Schlafzimmer) wäre toll.

Everything you need

Very nice house in a very nice place. In the house you can find everything you need for the staying and for the beach! Near to every beautiful beach in the area but away from the confusion. Nice landscape in front of the terrace.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in einer superschönen Umgebung

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit super Ausblick auf das Meer und die Berge. Mit einem Auto kann man alles sehr gut erreichen. Die umliegenden Strände sind sehr schön und sauber. Abends ist in San Teodoro immer was los. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes Ferienhäuschen

Schöne Ferienwohnung am Hang vor San Teodoro. Perfekt um jeden Tag an einen anderen Strand in der Umgebung zu fahren. Kann die “casetta di gundula” nur jedem empfehlen.

Tolle Lage & schöne Aussicht!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Casetta mit allem was eine Familie braucht! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt & die Zeit absolut genossen. Die Terrasse ist so herrlich mit dem schönen Blick ins Tal bis hin zum Meer! Wir haben alle richtig gut geschlafen & hoffen sehr mal wieder kommen zu dürfen! Vielen Dank, dass wir in ihrem süßen Häuschen Urlaub machen konnten.

Casa fantastica, vacanza perfetta!

Agosto 2020 Siamo stati accolti meravigliosamente dai proprietari che ci hanno messo a disposizione ogni comodità per trascorrere una vacanza serena La casa è ubicata a Lu Lioni (a 5 minuti di auto dal supermercato più vicino) Ha un adorabile patio esterno abitabile È davvero dotata di ogni comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV...) Gli spazi sono ampi e super vivibili, le camere grandi e ci sono finestre ovunque. Nonostante il nostro check in fosse previsto per la tarda sera e il check out all'alba i proprietari sono stati davvero gentili Tornerei senza alcun dubbio e lo consiglierò a chiunque vorrà andare in vacanza in Sardegna con l'auto

Très belles vacances

Maison charmante et accueillante, très belle vue de la terrasse, située dans un petit hameau très calme. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison qui se trouve à seulement 10 min en voiture de San Teodoro ( et assez proche de toutes les belles plages). Tout était parfait.

Sommerferien 2019

Schönes Ferienhaus. Wir sind zu dritt hier gewesen. Das in einer anderen Bewertung angemerkte Hundegebell ist auf jeden Fall hörbar, entweder Ohropax oder man bedenkt ganz einfach, dass diese Hunde nur ihren Job machen und die Schafe hüten. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet, Handtücher, Sonnenschirme etc alles ist vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Hinweis : vielleicht sollte überlegt werden, die Schränke so zu organisieren, dass die Kleidung nicht zu den Handtüchern, Bettwäsche und /oder Strandutensilien gelegt bzw gehängt werden muss.

Maison très agréable jardin très fleuri equipement complet,

Dommage que les chiens aboient la nuit. Sinon les plages sont à proximité. La ville de San Theodoro à deux pas fait très station balnéaire les commerçants souriants. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Wunderbar gelegenes Ferienhaus ca. 5 km außerhalb San Teodoro. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in San Teodoro.Ruhige Lage des Hauses bis auf das teilweise andauernde Hundegebell in der Nachbarschaft, das auch teilweise nachts seine Fortführung findet.Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Kerstin. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder.

Sehr erholsamer Ferienort

Es ist alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Die Terrasse ist schön und man hat eine schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig. Wir hatten eine tollen Urlaub.

Einfach schön!

Der Aufenthalt in der Casetta Gundula war sehr schön, es war ruhig - bis auf abendliches Gebell von Nachbarhunden, die aber auch irgendwann zur Ruhe kamen. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auf Sardinien wird Müll getrennt (finde ich sehr gut). Auch hier waren alle Beutel, die man benötigt, vorhanden. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, mit allem, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt, sogar Sonnenschirme für den Strand einschl. Sonnenmilch und Strandhandtücher. Die Wege zu den Stränden und Supermärkten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Es gibt nix zu bemängeln. Wir kommen wieder (diesmal mit ein wenig mehr Mückenspray).

Bonne situation pour les plages

Maison bien équipée conforme à la description. Propre et fonctionnelle Bien située pour accéder aux différentes plages du secteur de San Teodoro. Nous vous remercions pour les précieux conseils que vous nous avez donnés. Cependant , certaines nuits ont troublé notre sommeil par des chiens qui ont aboyés longtemps sans raison.

Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet

Wir haben im August 2016 zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der Cassetta di Gundula verbracht. Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig etwas außerhalb von San Teodoro, welches aber mit dem Auto gut in 5 - 10 Minuten erreichbar ist. Der Ausblick von der Veranda ist einfach traumhaft und das Haus bietet alles was man zur Entspannung und zum Strandurlaub braucht (inkl. Sonnenschirme und Sandelkzeug für die Kids). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher wieder auf diese wunderbare Insel.

Schöne Unterkunft / Alles vorhanden!

Meine Freundin und ich hatten das Häuschen für zehn Tage Anfang September 2014 gebucht. Wir können den Aufenthalt dort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Haus war sauber und es war insbesondere in der Küche alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Auch Gewürze, Kaffeefilter, Alufolie, Sonnencreme, Kerzen, Steckdosenadapter, Schraubendreher etc. waren dort vorzufinden.Das Kochen am Gas Herd hat auch mal wieder Spaß gebracht. Die Möblierung ist schon etwas deutsch altbacken, aber für sardische Verhältnisse immer noch top. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler funktionierten einwandfrei. Besonders gerne haben wir uns auf der Terrasse aufgehalten. Vom Meer sieht man nicht allzu viel, aber nichtsdestotzrotz hat man einen herrlichen weiten Ausblick. Um das Haus herum ist ein schöner Garten angelegt, der automatisch bewässert wird. Das Einzige was uns wirklich gestört hat, war teilweise fortwährendes Hundegebell. Insbesondere Abends und Nachts bellten mehrere Hunde unentwegt. Bei diesen Hunden handelte es sich um Bewacher einer Schaafherde, die in unmittelbarer Nähe aufhältig war. Diese Herde zog allerdings umher und war an einigen Tagen nicht vor Ort. Entsprechend gab es dann auch keine Ruhestörungen. Abgesehen davon handelte es sich um eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Von den Nachbarn hat man kaum etwas mitbekommen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es sehr abwechslungsreiche Strände. Die berühmtesten sind natürlich recht voll. Es gibt aber (zu dieser Jahreszeit) auch genug Strände, die sehr wenig besucht und trotzdem wunderschön sind. Viele Ausflugsziele können schnell erreicht werden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief völlig unproblematisch. Vor Ort war ab und an ein netter älterer Ureinwohner-Opi, der immer freundlich grüßte und sich wohl um den Garten gekümmert hat. Es gibt dort auch eine deutsch sprachige Kontaktperson des Vermieters, die bei Fragen und Problemen Hilfestellung leistet. Im Anschluss waren wir noch für zehn Tage an der Costa Rei im Süden der Insel. Dort ist die Gegend nicht ganz so abwechslungsreich. Wir empfehlen daher den Nordosten und auf jeden Fall auch die Casetta!

Nur zu Empfehlen!

Wir (2 Erw./2 11jährige Buben) waren Mitte August 2012 für 8 Tage in dieser wirklich schönen Ferienwohnung. Auf der geschützten und gemütlichen Terrasse hatte man einen herrlichen Ausblick den man in Ruhe genießen konnte! Die Angaben im Online-Inserat, treffen ohne Abstriche voll und ganz zu. Alles funktionierte und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war vorbildlich! Obwohl das nahe und touristisch stark frequentierte San Teodoro mit allen notwendigen Geschäften und Einrichtungen mit dem Pkw in gut 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist, liegt die Fewo sehr ruhig. Die nahegelegnen Traumstrände sind bekannter weise super, im August jedoch sehr stark besucht. Die Abwicklung der Anmietung im Vorfeld und die Betreuung vor Ort durch den sehr netten Vermieter verdient vollstes Lob. Fam. M., Bayern
