EXCELLENT CHOICE!!

Kathy was a SUPER host..we arrived earlier than expected and she moved heaven and earth to get us in early!… The condo was IMMACULATE and we needed for nothing!… beds were comfy and the place was sooo cozy… I would recommend Kathy’s place to EVERYONE!!… We had everything we needed in a closet for a perfect beach day… Me and my husband and son were in Daytona for my daughter’s college cheerleading competition in Nationals… where they placed 8th in the country… we were totally overjoyed with our entir visit!!.. Soooo … Kathy is the person to book with!!.. TOTALLY AMAZING EXPERIENCE.. God bless you all!

Great Stay

Very friendly willing to help tenants. Perfect location to shops,site seeing,resturants. Great view for rockets launches. No hidden surprises. Kathy was a great host. Always prompt responses to any questions. Ocean Beach access is just a walk across the road. We did snowbirding for 3 months & really enjoyed ourselves.A

Quiet beach getaway

Great Place to Stay

The condo was updated, spacious, and very clean. Kathy is a great host! The location of the condo is convenient - less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 20 minutes drive to Daytona if you want some nightlife. The pools associated with the condo were very clean and well-maintained. We had a great time. Will stay here again!

Ormond trip

My son, grandson, and myself came down to visit our family. Had a great time. Place was wonderful and perfect for us to have family over. I was able to prepare meals and take out menus were provided which was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for our family!

We loved staying here. There was plenty of space and useful amenities. Pool and beach great. Quiet and secluded. Liked being away from things, yet one day we didnt have a vehicle and couldnt walk to any restaurants, but got delivery.

Favorite Beach Condo!

Fully stocked condo, in safe & quiet neighborhood! Kathy was extremely accommodating, the beds were comfy, and we would definitely stay here again. The kitchen has everything you could need, and we were thankful for the extra beach amenities as well!

Great Place to Stay

Nice clean property and condo, not crowded and not in the middle of the hustle. Property has 3 nice pools plenty of parking. Condo is very clean and updated with well stocked kitchen utensils and some beach needs (chairs, children’s toys, etc.) Things to know: staircase only to get to condo and it is helpful to bring a cart for your beach/pool items as it is a walk from the condo to the beach. The beach is not crowded at all and has plenty of shells. Short drive to restaurants and shopping if you wish. All in all great place to stay and will look to book again next year.

Fantastic Beach Condo

I was totally wowed by this VRBO condo! Check in and arrival was a breeze. Place was super clean and spacious. Had all the amenities you could ask for. Pool and Ormond beach access. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. The owner supplied beach towels, bath towels, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella and most all toiletries you would need for a beach visit! I really appreciated that all the rooms had fans to keep me cool. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this VRBO and would definitely love to come back! Wonderful trip!

Girl’s trip

Pros: Quiet neighborhood. Quiet beach right across the street. Communication with owner was easy. Cons: Food from former tenants left in refrigerator and freezer. After renting all over the world, this was a first for me! Also, open jars of peanut butter. Tub was not clean ( had to clean it myself) Leftover toiletries, nearly empty bottles, used tubes of toothpaste. No end tables in first bedroom and no usable closet. Only room for 2-3 people to sit in living room. Again, no lamps. Could not get the ceiling fans and overhead lights to work properly. Although this property met our needs there were numerous challenges.

Loved the extras!

Even though it is an older condo building, the unit is very nice and clean with lots of space for our family of four. We loved all the extras in the kitchen as well as the beach supplies! It really helped it feel like home very quickly! Internet speeds were great, too. I wish the bed in the master bedroom was larger, but it is exactly as described in the listing. We loved our stay and enjoyed the drive up and down the coast as we went to our different activities - it was beautiful! Take advantage of the private beach access, it is very quiet along this stretch and especially beautiful around sunset (the waves seemed pretty strong here!). We loved it!!

Nice and Cozy

The condo was right across the street from the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. The building itself is pretty old but the inside of Kathy's condo has been well maintained. It was stocked with lots of things you would normally bring from home. My 10 year old enjoyed the property pool and my wife enjoyed the fact that the beach area wasn't crowded like it was in Daytona Beach. We were visiting during Jeep Beach Weekend because we're Jeep owners but didn't want to "stay with the crowd". Ormond Beach was exactly what we were looking for and Kathy is an awesome host! She was very attentive and although we didn’t require anything special... she stayed in touch to make sure we were ok and that in itself meant a whole lot!!! Thanks

Great condo, private quiet beach

The condo is great, as described and pictured. It is about a 5min walk to the beach, just across the parking lot and street. We enjoyed staying there. Visiting Family in the Area

Birthday Trip

Everything Was Great . The kids enjoyed the pooled and being able to commute to the beach in such a short time . The house was decorated perfect made me feel like I was home away from home , Ms Kathryn was also great . Great communication will definitely love to visit again
