Private bedroom with two full beds, as well as a queen sleeper in the living room. The bedroom has one nice-sized closet and one dresser, as well as a 55" flat-screen smart TV. All bedroom linens are provided.

Completely renovated kitchen with all state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, stove, and dishwasher. There is an eat-up bar as well as a small dining room table. All pots, pans, dishes, and utensils are included. Guests will be provided a kitchen starter pack of coffee, water, and dish detergent.

The building has both an indoor heated pool and hot tub, as well as an outdoor pool and hot tub. Laundry facilities are available on-site. Overnight security and keypad entry into the building. Small store on the first floor of the building Parking garage across the street for guests staying at the unit. A parking pass will be provided upon check-in (one vehicle per unit).

Guest Access:
- Self-check-in is provided with a smart lock/keypad.

-Guests will have access to the entire unit.

-Guests also have access to the outdoor pool/hot tub and indoor pool/hot tub.

-Guests are free to use the laundry facilities and store located on the first floor of the building.

-Guests will be provided with one parking pass for the covered parking garage across the street (one vehicle).

-Do not leave any items in the common area (hallways).

-No events, parties, or large gatherings.

Trash:

Please do not leave trash outside the door or in the hallway. Trash is to be taken to the dumpster located on the first floor of the parking garage across the street.
