Cozy Essential Spot

This location allows for the perfect level of comfort with limited fuss. The property is clean and the property manager is helpful and responsive. My family and I are repeat clients and will likely look forward to staying again in the future!

Great location and cute little apartment!

The host was very clear and helpful. We can up for our anniversary and asked for recommendations. He didn’t disappoint! 40 minute drive from the US side of Niagara (although if you have a passport, I can’t recommend Canada side enough), 20-25 minutes to Buffalo proper, and close to Highmark stadium, which was the really nice thing for us. Thanks for having us, we had a great time!

Weekend getaway

We stayed at this location as we came from out of town for my niece’s first birthday. Communication with the host has been great from day one with booking, recommendations as where to run and even messaging me to see if everything is going well. Looking forward to staying here again the next time I come up to visit my brother.

Could Not Ask For More!

We are a travel softball family, and we travel most months for tournaments. I have never had such a smooth experience, or such a communicative host. If he had other properties in other cities, I would reach out to him directly to book every time I could.

Cozy comfy and great for our family

We were in town visiting family for 5 days. We were watching the budget so it made sense for us to do a home instead of multiple hotel rooms. The house was clean and cozy, as described, and in a great location. Host waa great at communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed. Coming and going was easy. There were thoughtful details and having access to a kitchen saved us so much on take out. Beds were comfy and my daughter enjoyed having her own room. Would stay there again. Thanks

Family Functional Spot!

This property was clean and spacious, with functionality to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids (3 & 1) comfortably. I was a little worried about street parking only, but we never failed to find a spot less than 5 houses away. Also, my husband had to work from home during the trip and the internet was strong/reliable enough to support heavy lifting for programming needs. We’ll definitely be booking here again in the future, especially as the kids age and need their own bed space (as there is a pullout in the living room). Don’t hesitate to book for a comfortable, functional stay :)

Great stay in WNY

We were visiting family and this location was great! It was super clean and had great amenities (coffee, soaps, linens, creamers, condiments). The owner was super helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
