Suggestion

Had a little bit of trouble with locking and unlocking the front door. Having a keyless entry would facilitate things. Other than that, everything was great!

Beautiful view

The property description was very accurate and the view was amazing. The rooms were very spacious and nice. The condo is on the beach and in a nice location. There’s plenty of restaurants and stores in the area as well as activities for the family. It stormed during our visit so we weren’t able to explore much but overall it was a good stay and property.

Great Condo with oceanfront views and feet to the beach and pool

We had a great time! The condo was super clean, quiet and beautiful views. The kitchen cabinets were stocked with every utensil, cookware and pans and table settings you could need. Had a regular coffee pot, k-cup machine, toaster, ice machine etc. Mops, brooms and a vacuum were great for the sand. They had extra blankets, pillows, and towels. They had extra sand toys and baggie boards for the kids to use too! It was wonderful. It was great having the washer and dryer in the condo too. Hosts were amazing and sent us links for the things to do in the area with the kids. They were very punctual on questions I asked also. There was a little book that past guests write in and was great because we found some awesome places to go eat with the kids that was recommended. We loved GT's on the bay and we went to the Foam Party at The Hangout. We brought our own games from home to play with the kids when we came back to unwind at night. They did have some playing cards, 500-1000 piece puzzles and Toy Story monopoly game. So would just suggest to bring some kid friendly games from home if you and your family like to play games at night. Will definitely come back here. Thanks for a great and easy welcoming stay in Orange Beach.

Overall, a great stay

The condo was very comfortable for our family, though the building seems a little run down. We did notice a few outlets in the condo that did not work. But the location was perfect! Close to grocery stores, Starbucks and activities.

Christmas vacation

We stayed at the Breakers for Christmas. Everything was great! The check in process was good, the condo was beautiful and the view was spectacular! We did have 2 issues. The internet connection wasn't very good and the listing did say there was a hot tub one on the premises, but there wasn't one there. Overall a great stay! Thank you :)

Relaxing Vacation

This property was absolutely beautiful! The view was breathtaking! The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots & pans so it made cooking a breeze. The master bedroom was comfortable and the view is so lovely to wake up too. The Breakers was a very quiet condominium, had no issues with parking or using the elevator. I’d definitely recommend this host and unit to anyone looking to stay in the area. I’ll definitely be booking again.

Just as advertised. Very well decorated and clean.

We would would stay here again. Love the fact that it is a smaller building. Only 8 floors high and 32 units. No waiting long times for an elevator because there’s hundreds of units (and people). More private.

Beautiful getaway

This was our 2nd girls trip for my aunts and myself and stayed at this condo both times. What a wonderful stay we have had. From entering the condo with the magnificent view of the water, the large and spacious condo that accommodated all of us very comfortably. The kitchen had all the amenities to cook your meals. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins from the balcony and the beautiful sunsets at night while eating dinner on the balcony. The beach access was superb with just a few steps from the white sand and water. I urge you to get up early, grab a cup of coffee and walk the beach for the sunrise. It’s breathtakingly beautiful. We will be looking at dates for 2024 soon for us to be back. Only set back and it didn’t involve the condo itself. . . if you decide to rent chairs or umbrellas, just make sure your name is documented. We paid for 2 days for an umbrella due to the high winds (ours would not stand) and had a terrible time getting one for the second day due to the guy Not putting our names down. It was quite aggravating due to the guy not being around at all for most of the day .we called the number on the back is the chair and it took 2 hours to get it. We only got to have it for 4 hours.

Long Weekend in OB

This property was great for our quick getaway to the beach. It was easy to get to and wasn’t as crowded as some of the bigger properties. The condo is spacious with beautiful views of the Gulf and nicely appointed. Would definitely stay here again!

Don’t Let the outside fool you

My husband and myself arrived and thought oh no due to the appearance of the outside of the building but once we unlocked the door of this condo we were in disbelief. The condo was well decorated, clean and oh the view! There was everything you could ask for in the kitchen and the furnishings were comfortable! You will not be disappointed if you rent this place! Thanks for making our Anniversary trip a good one!
