Shared courtyard with patio dining and BBQ gas grill for those beautiful sunny Colorado days to enjoy a meal outside. Mud room or a sitting room as you first walk into the townhome.

This Queen bedroom is complete with fresh linens, soft and plush pillows, as well as a walk-in closet and dresser for storing your clothing (hangers provided), and an additional luggage rack too! With a wooden cheval floor mirror to help you look your very best for the day or off for a night on the town.;)

This Queen bedroom is complete with fresh linens, soft and plush pillows, as well as a closet and storage organizer for storing your clothing (hangers provided), and an additional luggage rack too! This bedroom has a large mirror to see your upmost beautiful appearance before you leave to start your day or off for a night on the town.;)

UPPER LEVEL BATHROOM:
The bathroom is sparkling clean and fully stocked with plush towels, toilet paper, hand, lotion, soap, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Just in case you're flying out the door for your travels, we also provide a few makeup wipes and feminine products too!

COURTYARD:
This is a shared fenced in courtyard with the property manager and garage apartment tenant! Enjoy your favorite foods on the BBQ gas grill and gather around the table for all the memories with a view of the mountains and Pikes Peak!

LAUNDRY:
The laundry room is conveniently located on the main level in the hallway next to the 1/2 bathroom. For easy access and laundry detergent to get you started to keep your clothes smelling clean.

Other things to note
This townhome comprises of three levels in which this suite uses the 2nd and 3rd levels. The first floor is occupied by the host for your convenience but the host will not bother you unless you have a need. The entrance is in the rear of the townhome that is also shared with the first level suite.

Steps are required to enter to the main level which is on the 2nd floor of Townhome. We have a video doorbell at the main entrance door(facing courtyard).
