If you're looking for a peaceful, private, and charming retreat minutes from the amenities of downtown Fayetteville, look no further! Nestled on 11 beautiful acres, this charming farmhouse is brimming with natural light, and the sweet vibes of a simpler time. The property is 1200sq. feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, pots and pans, and a full set of dishes. The farmhouse has been recently redesigned and appointed with brand new high quality furniture and bedding.
While you enjoy the birds singing and deer grazing in the meadow each morning, make sure to save time to sit on the porch under the stars in the evening for the most crystal clear, unobstructed views for star gazing.
An easy 15 mile drive into downtown Fayetteville, and you'll have amazing opportunities to attend plays at the Walton Arts Center, visit top-notch restaurants, and take in SEC sporting events at the University of Arkansas.
We are 2 miles from the White River boat ramp at the twin bridges- a wonderful spot for fishing and wildlife viewing. We are 3 miles from the Stone Chapel at Matt Lane Farms wedding venue.
