This townhouse sits just over a quarter-mile from a gated beach access point on the Gulf of Mexico. On the grounds, you'll have access to 11 swimming pools (including one beachfront pool and five that are heated in winter), a gym, tennis courts, and the Gulf Highlands Clubhouse. WonderWorks (one mile), ZooWorld (two miles), Gulf World (four miles), Pier Park (five miles), and St. Andrews State Park (five miles) are all within a short drive.

Enter on the ground floor by way of a small front patio - a lovely spot to sit with morning coffee or sip a cold drink after a day spent at the beach. A second patio awaits out back, providing a relaxing space to dine alfresco in the Florida sunshine.

Toss the day's swimsuits in the washer/dryer and unwind in an open, comfortable, centrally air-conditioned living space. There's a well-equipped kitchen with every essential, a glass-top dining room table, and a living room with plush seating and a cable TV. Each bedroom is paired with its own full bathroom, and there's complimentary WiFi throughout the house.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
