Welcome to our cozy cottage convenient to the summit shopping center and all that Birmingham has to offer! This 3 bedroom/2 bath house is close to Crestline Bagel, Leaf & Petal, Cala Coffee, and only a 5 min drive to The Summit Shopping and Restaurants. It offers a very large master suite with a king size bed and sitting area, 2 guest rooms (1 queen and 1 full bed), 2 dining areas, a cozy living area with fire place, and a large porch with 2 fire pit areas.

Hi! My name is Caroline Irby. My husband and I rent our house out for the summer months only. We love hosting and creating environments that are restful, connecting, and beautiful. We love to travel, explore the outdoors, and play with our non-shedding bernedoodle- Ruffner. (Don't worry, the house will be deep cleaned before you arrive!) Our property is unique because it offers a very large master bedroom with a sitting area to relax and unwind. Our kitchen is fully updated and stocked with essentials. Our living room area is cozy and relaxing to sit and unwind while watching TV. We are so close to everything Birmingham has to offer! Only ~3 minute drive to The Summit Shopping and within walking distance to several restaurants and shops.
