The cabin boasts spacious rooms, a beautifully appointed interior, all the modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. Relax in the cozy living area, hot tub overlooking the river, or the fireplace, or whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. TVs in each room & patio, washer/dryer, expansive windows, patio fire pit table, games, & many other amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Enjoy falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the river, & wake up refreshed, ready for another adventure.

You may park in front of the house in designated area.
Just a friendly reminder of a few additional rules:
- MUST BE at least 24 years old to Book
- Check in time is at 4pm
- Check out time is at 11am
- Please put all of the furniture back
- Please take the trash from all trash cans outside into the bins
- No parties or events allowed
- No smoking, drugs or anything illegal
- No pets or animals
- No food in bedrooms
- No noise after 9pm. Please respect our neighbors
- No fireworks or open flame anywhere except for designated areas
- No parking of boats or ATVs overnight
- Fishing in the pond is “catch & release”
- Fishing in the river is per state’s law
