Great Location and Property
We really enjoyed our time in Kauai. Since we have 2 older teens, we really wanted something bigger than a hotel room and this condo did not disappoint. It had 2 big bedrooms, a sofa with a pull out bed, and 3 bathrooms. One bathroom only had a tub, one bathroom only had a shower, and the other bathroom had a tub and shower. All of the bathrooms had toilets and sinks which was very helpful with 2 teenagers. The condo was very well stocked and had plenty of beach equipment. With the Safeway across the street, we ate most of our meals at the condo which saved so much time and money. And we only had to buy food, because the condo had everything else we needed. Our host was very responsive when we reached out. The condo was at a great location. We were able to easily get to Weimea Canyon, the lighthouse and everything in between from the condo while still being close to the airport. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs at the resort, and the beautiful beach at the resort was quiet and felt secluded anytime we went there. We were able to watch the beautiful sunrise every morning at the beach too. We loved Kauai and this condo made our time there even better. I would definitely recommend this condo.

This beautiful property exceeded all expectations. The condo was clean and comfortable, and included snorkeling equipment and beach gear. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was super helpful. The pool was the highlight for my kids- they haven’t stopped talking about it. Location is great- we spent time in Kapa’a where there are many food options and also drove to the North shore and Waimea as well- easy trips in both directions. I highly recommend this place!

We are a ‘Ohana, born and raised on the beautiful island of Kaua’i. Our apartment was set for fumigation so we decided to head east and stay at the Waipouli resort for a few days. Our property manager Richie was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process and made everything so smooth and easy to navigate during our stay. We loved the condo and was surprised on how perfectly spacious it was for our family of four. The pool was awesome and the beach just a short walking distance from our room. We gathered ‘0pihi (limpets) fresh from the ocean and paleu it on the grill. It was so ono (delicious) & although the weather was on and off rainy and very windy, we sure had a great time and would definitely do it again. Mahalo

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing. Our kids ages 5, 7, and 9 loved the slides, lazy river, and hot tub. The resort is on the water with gorgeous views. We would highly recommend for a family vacation!

This condo worked perfectly for our family vacation. The host was easy to cimmunicate with, the unit was clean, it is well stocked for cooking and also with beach necessities. Its also in a prime location. The host was always responsive with any questions we had and very accomondating. The grounds are well kept. The pool was a big hit with my kids. There's a beach entry on one side of the pool and multiple hot tubs. The kids loved the 2 slides. There's also beach access right in front of the resort. The unit itself is spacious with bedrooms on opposite sides and separated by the living room/kitchen area. It was nice to retreat to your room when needed and come together in the living area when you wanted. Each room has its own TV. The bathrooms are spacious and each have separate showers and tubs. The resort is at a prime location. It was easy to explore the other sides of the island. Safeway is across the street and an easy walk. Next to safeway is the best shave ice on Kauai, Wailua Shave Ice. Lots of great places to eat in Kapaa too. We look forward in staying here again.

This condo was beautiful & very clean. Nice layout, great for two couples. Beds were comfy too. Really enjoyed the lanai for card games & morning coffee. The pool area & beach are spectacular! Only two minor complaints: The dining/living area needs more lighting, quite dark to eat dinner. And kitchen could use more than one towel. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place was clean, had room for all of us, and 3 bathrooms was a huge plus (especially with 3 teenagers). The pool is amazing as was having multiple hot tubs. The location is fantastic being in the center of Kapaa and directly across the street from Safeway and other shopping. Unit came well stocked with everything you need for a beach day and snorkeling. Minor issues: not much lighting in the dining area, hot tubs had heating issues on a couple nights, and the supplied beach umbrella was broken (we replaced it). But these weren't a big deal and we had a great time.

The room was impeccably clean. Gorgeous, modern decor. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Walking distance to many restaurants. In a two minute walk, you’re at the beach! Koi pond, beautiful pool with slides. This place is amazing!

Home in Paradise
The unit was great, 2 large master size bedrooms, a huge kitchen, 3 lanais. Everything was clean and stocked for outdoor adventures with boogie boards, beach chairs, and snorkels. Very convenient location by Safeway made it easy to quickly grab necessities. The pool with waterslides and beach was amazing and perfect for families. Richie was great to deal with and very responsive.

Awesome Property
The condo was awesome! Inside a property that had all that you need or could want! Owner was and is fantastic and easy to work with! The pools, restaurants, and outside options were great for all ages! We stayed here for a few days prior to leaving town and this stay was the perfect way to finish out trip! Centralized on the island so you aren’t in the city of Lihue but was close enough! Great location with amazing views of the Mountains and Ocean! We would absolutely stay here again!

Leave doors open and enjoy the ocean breeze all day and night. Beach equipment is supplied that includes chairs, boogie boards, 6 sets of snorkel gear (4 adult, 2 children sets) Pack and play is provided for little ones.
