Located in a desirable beachfront community, Coastal Gem is across the street from the beach and the coastal walkway. It is in the heart of the Village of La Jolla with easy access to many restaurants, boutiques, parks, markets, museums, performing arts venues, tennis courts and more.
This updated condo is bright and airy with tasteful, comfortable furnishings in a coastal beach décor. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and many new appliances.
The living room connects to a lovely patio with a teak bistro table and chairs. The numerous windows allow for lots of natural light, bringing the outdoors and breezes indoors. There is a large screen, smart TV, electric fireplace and sleep sofa bed for a guest in the living room.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, another large screen, smart TV, loads of closet space and a ceiling fan. Additionally, there is a small workspace and office chair.
The condo has its own washer/dryer and there is another laundry facility available for all building residents. Also provided are chairs, towels, a cooler and an umbrella for the beach.
There is a free, reserved, underground parking space and an elevator. The spacious courtyard has lots of seating and a grill for your use.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
There is a 31 day minimum.
Dogs may be allowed with prior approval from the Management and a nonrefundable pet fee has been paid ($40/night, $250/week or $300/month per pet). Dogs are never to be left alone uncrated. Find doggy day care facilities in the Welcome Book.
The home and outside areas are NON-SMOKING.
There is no air conditioning.
The maximum occupancy of 4 is strictly enforced.
All properties are equipped with noise monitors and occupants must adhere to the excessive noise restrictions. Any guest who disregard this rule are to be evicted.
