Restful getaway on a private lake! This recently updated 2 bedroom condo sleeps 8 (2 queen beds per room) and is located on beautiful Bald Mountain Lake. Amazing views of the lake, the mountains and the Bald Mountain golf course from both the front and rear decks of the condo. In walking distance to the key amenities (beach, restaurants, pools, etc.) at Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure. End unit provides privacy and there is direct access from the back patio down to the lake. Includes two SUP Boards and guests enjoy all the fantastic amenities at Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure!

Great Getaway
Overall pleased through the whole process. Booking was easy, check in a breeze. Owner was super friendly. Condo had absolutely everything you could need. Views from the condo were great. We will definitely go back.

Great Condo in a Great Resort
We had such a great time here. The condo was clean and comfortable. We're not golfers, but it looked like a beautiful course. The kids had their choice of swimming at the sandy beach on Lake Lure, the pool and lazy river, playing in the stream next to the beach, or swimming and paddle boarding on Bald Mountain Lake. The condo overlooked Bald Mountain Lake which was beautiful. One of the neighbors had a ton of bird feeders in their back yard and there were humming birds, song birds and ducks hanging out the whole time. It was really awesome. We will definitely come back in the future.

Comfortable condo in a great location
Comfortable and well equipped condo within walking distance to the pools and the swimming beach! I appreciated the double queen beds in each room. We had plenty of space to spread out. The paddle boards that came with our stay were the highlight of our trip. The only thing I’d suggest is bringing fans. After a very warm and sunny day (granted it is august!) upstairs became too hot for us to utilize, but we had space downstairs for us 4. Great condo!

You Won't be Disappointed
The unit was one of the best equipped units we have ever stayed in. The hosts have thought of everything and had a very detailed arrival packet awaiting us upon check-in. Communication from the host was excellent and we will definitely be back fot future visits.

Pristine Condo and Breathtaking Views
Five stars is not enough for this location! This was one of the best experiences and places that I have stayed at with VRBO. The Owner is EXCELLENT at communication and the condo was beyond clean. Everything was high end and you felt very special staying there. All the little details were perfect - even the cute pumpkin outside the front door. Highly recommend!!

The Perfect Getaway
This was the perfect spot for a girls getaway. The place has a lot of activities but also offers a great place to relax and do nothing. Our place was clean and host is super helpful!

Best VRBO we have ever stayed
Labor Day Wknd was very comfy&pleasant. Beforehand,we had questions, &our host was readily available&accommodating to our needs. We walked inside&were in awe of the view of the lake bc an entire wall of the kitchen/dining area is GLASS w/a sliding door in the center. There’s the perfect lake house feel w/a vaulted ceiling, wooden beams, & a craftsman staircase.The decor is lovely&my 8 year-old grandson said, “It is so pretty everywhere I look!” I agree.The kitchen is fully equipped w/a nice work flow. We ate overlooking the lake&made friendship bracelets@the table.My son-in-law&grandson lounged on the ample sectional to watch fball.The bedrooms are spacious w/roomy dressers. Both bathrooms are very nice with plenty of soft, white towels (Biltmore brand). (Bring your own lightweight beach towels for the lake&the pool.) Comfy beds w/extra pillows&blankets in the closets. Outdoor seating &dining in front&rear. Freestanding porch-style swing for viewing the lake. We totally took advantage of the 3 SUP boards and life jackets our host provided. We did minigolf, the pool, the resort activities, & a tour of Lake Lure, but we decided THIS is the best place in the resort w/places to sit alone and appreciate the beauty of the peaceful mountain paradise, a quiet,shady dock & lake to play in. Our teens love the balcony upstairs & sang Taylor Swift’s song, “Love Story.” A wonderful, memorable vacation was had by all, and “I had the time of my life.” (& I owe it all to you, our host.)

Perfect getaway
This property was perfect our family weekend getaway. The property had everything you needed in the kitchen for easy meals. The bedding was comfortable and with this being a 2 bedroom there were plenty of places to hang out and not feel crowded. The back deck and views of the lake were perfect and our favorite spot to chill and soak in the surroundings. The pool and beach are perfect amenities for young kids. Would look to rent again.

Wonderful mountain resort home!
I’d give 10 stars if I could! I loved our stay so much. Kids loved paddle boards and fishing off the dock. The home was extremely clean, well appointed and comfy. The Owners were extremely responsive and helpful. They were top notch hosts ! I highly recommend this condo. Our trip was one for the memory book!

Great get-a-way!
The property was great! Convenient to everything in Rumbling Bald and Lake Lure. Everything we needed was provided, including luxury bath and bed linens. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you can need on vacation. The owner was very responsive to questions and provided great service our entire stay. The views from the back deck and front were amazing. Lake on one side, golf course on the other. We loved staying in this condo and we truly loved staying in Rumbling Bald. It was a great week and we look forward to coming back again soon.

Lake Lure
We had a great time at this condo on Lake Lure. The condo was even better than it appeared in pictures and Scott was wonderful to work with. He provided recommendations on our rainy day and brought by life jackets so the kids could use the paddle boards. I would highly recommend this location for your next trip to the lake!
