As you enter into this red doored escape you'll find a shelf to put your keys and/or phone and immediately to begin to explore. To the left you'll find the laundry room with a full washer and dryer available for your convenience along with some beach toys and beach towels. We have also provided you with a few starter detergents and fabric softener sheets. As you continue down the entranceway you can't miss the beautifully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. A Keurig machine will be waiting with a few complimentary K-Cups to start your trip!
The open air kitchen counter flows in the dining room and living area which provide ample seating and activity space. Cozy up on the sofa or kick your feet up in the comfy "canary chair" and relax in the central AC or watch a movie on our 55" Roku enabled TV. We also have a clever hideaway desk by the sliding glass door for any work from home needs you may have! The sofa pulls out into a bed as well as an air mattress is available upstairs in the guest bedroom closet for additional sleeping arrangements. The half bath is conveniently located on the first floor for easy access.
Upstairs is where you will find the 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. To your left, the master bedroom will have you sleeping the night away on a luxurious king size "Four Seasons" mattress. To the right you'll find the second bedroom with 2 full sized beds. Charging stations have been provided along with additional outlets on each side of the beds for all guests to enjoy. Both rooms have 32" Roku enabled TVs! Full length mirrors and ample closet space with hangers are provided for your comfort.
The full bath has an oversized mirror as well as plenty of hanging hooks for all your towels and wet bathing suits. We also provide shower gel, shampoo and conditioner at no charge to you!
Relax on our solar lighted patio for dinner or just to enjoy the smell of the salty air and ambiance!
Our guests will have full access to the townhome. Washer and dryer in unit are available for use!
The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the front door! We are real people with real jobs just like you!
House Rules:
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. If there is any residue from smoke or smell of smoke, there will be a $500 charge.
2. Guests should refrain from excessive noise between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
3. All of the units in at 1510 Edge Dr are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities.
4. Keep the property and furnishings in good order. If you spill or create a stain, you need to clean this up immediately.
5. Pets are NOT allowed. You will be charged a $500 fee if you bring a pet.
6. PARKING – parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
7. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
8. STORMS: • If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: i. The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or ii. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. iii. The day the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund: 1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; 2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and 3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
9. USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS - Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside A security camera. This camera is used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. The camera located at the front door is recording audio and video at all times. There are NO cameras inside the house.
10. NO PARTIES - This is not a party house.
