The six bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping options, four queens, two kings and sleeper sofas in the living room. Plus, the homes are conveniently located minutes from The Village Meridian, 1.5 Miles from freeway and walking distance to Albertsons grocery store. The homes are situated in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood with limited traffic.

Amenities include a TV with Apple TV, access to Hulu for local channels, Netflix, Prime Video, ESPN+ and Disney+

Each home has it's own fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a 2-car garage and a spacious and private yard. The common spaces all have laminate flooring, open floor plan, granite counters and upgraded appliances.

Great place for families

This was a great property with everything we needed and a great location. Easy to get to groceries and other places we needed and wanted to go to. Property manager was great to work with and access was convenient and simple. We would definitely stay here again.

I have a wonderful wife and 3 amazing kids and in my quest to stay healthy, I'm an avid Crossfitter. I love spending the winters in Arizona and summers in Boise, ID.

Why they chose this property

We had this townhouse built to our exacting specifications. We wanted this home to have an open floorplan, upgraded everything and a huge back yard for relaxation. We picked Meridian because it's the town where I grew up and is now the fastest growing city in Idaho. We picked this neighborhood because it's very quiet and comfortable and also very close to Alebertsons and lots of other shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The huge back yard is fully fenced so that kids and adults alike can relax and have fun in privacy.
