Here at the Banana Breeze on Cocoa Beach, you will enjoy a spacious two bedroom, two bath condo that’s been freshly remodeled. Every unit with a stunning view of the banana river with daily dolphin sightings. There’s something for everyone here within walking distance. Jump in one of the kayak’s and explore the river with the dolphins and Bio Luminescence or walk across the street and enjoy the Country Club Golf Course, featuring an Aquatic Center as well as a Kayaking Club. All right on iconic Minutemen where all the downtown action happens. We go above and beyond with providing kayaks, life jackets, and beach amenities such as beach towels and beach chairs. Arrive by car or boat. dock parking available.

Dolphin Playground!

Really enjoyed the location and the host thought of everything. Nice little touches everywhere. So nicely decorated. I would highly recommend. The kayaking was fantastic and we saw several dolphins.

This was an absolutely amazing condo to stay at with a beautiful view!! It was very clean and had all the proper amenities that we needed for our week on vacation. It was an awesome stay!

Place was amazing

The place was amazing and I do not say this to try and discourage people from renting it. This goes for all of coco beach, especially bay side. Get DEET. We had regular bug spray but it does nothing against noseeums. You need the 40%, bald eagle death brand. Once you have that, use the free kayaks and enjoy the bio bay and save yourself 50-75 a person. My wife loved the tile work and decorations in the condo, and my kids enjoyed fishing off the docks. Had a great time.

Perfect

Our stay was just that, perfect! Beautiful view of Thousand Islands, easy drive right into downtown Cocoa Beach, and yes we saw dolphins and a manatee not far from shore! The place is equipped with many beach needs too.

Amazing place

This place was stunning! Very clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. We saw dolphins playing, jellyfish, and manatee! Definitely will look into staying again if we make it back!

I really don’t know what could top this stay in Cocoa Beach! The unit was immaculately clean when we arrived, has a great, comfortable set up for a family of 4. The kids were glad they didnt have to share bed like they would in a hotel! And the "adult" bed, OMG, sooooooooo comfortable! IDK What that mattress is made of, but we both had the best sleep in a long time on it! The view of the cove was awesome, I loved having my coffee in the morning with the window opened and listing/watching the bait fish breaking water. We saw dolphins I think every day we were there, so if that's something you dig, I would say its almost a guarantee you'll see them the way those bait fish pile into the cove! The location really cant be beat, if your a light packer, the beach is in walking distance. If you are lugging some stuff the drive anywhere to park at the beach is within 5 minutes. Plenty of restaurants near by, Ron Jon is right down the street. Honestly, I booked this weekend get away because it felt like our family was drifting apart and we needed some quality time together and well all I can say is this did the trick! We all had so much fun and created a lot of great memories. We enjoyed our stay so much we are almost certain we will be back to this property, probably for a week next time because the weekend just wasnt long enough! If you are looking to stay in Cocoa beach, and this unit is in your price range, dont even hesitate, book it now and you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely beautiful!!

Stay Where the Dolphins Play was soooo perfect! We had a an amazing time and the place was exactly as described. We saw dolphins everyday, the first night I was sitting on the dock and 2 swam right under it! The whole trip was amazing, thank you so much! We had a few questions and the owners were very quick to respond; the property manager also lives onsite and was very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Good spot. Loved going to the beach (space coast) and then returning back to kayak. Saw dolphins. Sunset on the water. Place is clean and nice- everything you’d want. Comfortable bed. Cold AC. Downtown Cocoa Beach was cool, enjoyed the kombucha bar. Saw a rocket launch at Cape Canaveral. Would do again.

Absolutely incredible

Our stay was amazing. The entire trip was full of family memories we will cherish forever which started with arriving at the property to be greeted by manatees right off the dock. One literally surfaced, rolled over, and appeared to wave at us! The property was a perfect accompaniment to the trip. Newly remodeled inside and extremely comfy with lots of amenities and friendly neighbors. We were in the unit overlooking the water and could see tons of fantastic wildlife right out our windows including dolphins, manatees, and tons of different birds including osprey, pelicans, anhinga, and terns feeding in the waters. We loved taking the kayaks out and being so close to so many things to do in Cocoa Beach. We didn’t want to leave!

Winter escape

We had a wonderful time at Stay where dolphins play. The views are amazing! We saw dolphins and manatee every day. We caught many different fish right from the dock and enjoyed the proximity to downtown. The apartment is clean, well stocked, wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. The property owner was friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Tranquility meets outdoor adventure

My family needed a weekend stay before we embarked on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. We wanted activities to do in the meantime and thought the unit's addition of complementary kayaks would be fun. Much to our surprise, this unit far exceed our expectations. The location was amazing. There was a street art festival setting up the day we arrived with many interesting restaurants nearby. The unit was beautifully decorated. It had all the necessary ammenities and was well maintained with lovely views of the Banana River. The beach was so close with public parking nearby. Most of all, the kayaking was amazing. All of the equipment was well maintained. My family saw dolphins, manatees, and many varieties of birds. It was such a delight to have nature right at our fingertips. We loved the experience so much that we are booking an exclusive trip next year.

Beautiful Oasis!!!

The place was beautifully decorated, with a fantastic view, and immaculately clean!! We saw dolphins swimming from the big front window picture view in the morning. The place had great access to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream shops. We enjoyed kayaking on the banana river just multiple steps from the property. We are already talking about plans to stay again!!

Total Enjoyment

Our only regret is not being able to stay longer! The condo is clean and spacious. Watch pelicans and dolphins out the living room window; or step outside and watch from the dock. Management and neighbors are friendly. Nice neighborhood for long walks, or just a couple miles for long walks on the beach, and plenty of restaurants and happy hours too! Totally enjoyed every day of our month stay.

Lovely property

This property was perfect for our weekend in Coco Beach. The size was perfect for our family of 4, it was beautifully remodeled and the view overlooking the bay/river was fantastic. We saw dolphins, manatees and lots of birds. The host was very responsive to questions.

River wildlife

We really enjoyed our time spent here. Even though it was cool most of our stay it didn’t matter because we could sit inside and watch the dolphins and variety of birds! I love Cocoa Beach and this was a wonderful place to stay!

Spectacular spot/view

What an amazing location and clean condo. We loved having 180 degrees of beautiful nature in view and loved the kayaks and docks. I didn’t want to leave! Very comfortable beds and the unit had everything we needed. Saw many dolphins and interesting birds. A manatee came up to my son on the kayak. A moment we’ll never forget!!! The neighbors downstairs are very nice but their large dog is a barker. Very peaceful location, and we’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
