Thoughtful Extras Fully Equipped Kitchen

Loved the welcome snack basket, coffee/tea station, and the thoughtful bathroom basket for anyone who arrives late and discovers they forgot to pack a toiletry item. The kitchen is great for cooking and baking - modern large appliances plus many small appliances and well stocked with a variety of pots, pans, and baking essentials. I greatly appreciated the food storage containers - no need to buy ziplocks to get through a longer stay.

Fishing in Juneau

This house and location couldn’t have been more perfect! Excellent floor plan for 2 couples. We so appreciated the little extras - coffee, dishes, cookware, up-to-date furnishings, Roku, appliances, - just everything! Thank you so much for helping us feel so comfortable! I would give this place an 11 out of 10!

Great getaway in the Mendenhall Valley

This is a really comfortable and convenient duplex near Juneau - closer to the glacier than downtown, but easy to get pretty much anywhere in the area! The owners were very accommodating and helpful, they left lots of info and were super-clear at communication. We would definitely stay again!

Juneau getaway

Wonderfully comfortable, quiet retreat. Convenient location, close to airport and Mendenhall Glacier. Accommodating hosts, even to the extent of mailing us lost car keys found after we returned home,.

Cozy, quiet, well equipped

We really appreciated our stay here in January. The location is really nice, a quiet friendly neighborhood near trails and the glacier. Dan took extra care to clear all the snow from the driveway for us each day. The house has everything you need and was warm and cozy.

Great place to stay

This little place is quiet, clean, and located really close to the University of Alaska Southeast. I reserved it during move in week to assist my son who was college bound. It's a great place to stay. Dan and Tania were very communicative throughout the process. The welcome bowl of snacks was really appreciated after a long flight. Highly recommend!!

Ideal location!!

Location was perfectly situated near Mendenhall Glacier and Auke Bay, midway between Juneau's city center and St Therese shrine. The rental home was comfortable, clean, and had everything our family needed for our Alaska staycation weekend. Owners' communication was very helpful which included a thorough visitor's guide that they created. The rain didn't prevent us from getting out and about to enjoy our first trip to Juneau. Full raingear (coat, pants, boots) was a necessity for our weekend!! We started our adventures on Fri with the Mendenhall Glacier visitor center, walking several trails from the visitor center, and rock climbing at Rock Dump. Saturday we spent several hours at St Therese shrine then beachcombing at Sunshine Cove beach. Sunday we visited the Juneau-Douglas City Museum and walked to see several points of interest (i.e. capital building, governor's mansion, etc). We would definitely stay at this rental property again!!
