This charming home sits just a few steps from the bottom of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, giving you great hiking and views. The home is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping and is just 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. You'll love the peaceful neighborhood, the desert landscape, and the mountain views. We decorated and furnished your home for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. It has a full kitchen equipped for making a home-cooked meal, a pull-out couch for additional guests. You also have 1GB WiFi, a flat-screen TV (with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN), and a pac man arcade with 12 classic games to keep you entertained for hours. There's also a full-size washer and dryer that is shared with the people living in the guest house on the property. We trust you'll love your stay and hope that you truly feel at home. My travels have ignited a passion in me to provide people with an amazing place to stay while they are living their adventures. I have a wonderful wife and 3 amazing kids and in my quest to stay healthy, I'm an avid Crossfitter. I love spending the winters in Arizona and summers in Boise, ID.
Why they chose this property
We bought this house because of the location. We love hiking the trails on the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and capping off the day by sipping a cocktail as the sun sets behind the mountains.
What makes this property unique
This home is in a great location, close to north Scottsdale and central Phoenix. Walking out the front door, you are a short walking distance to a hiking trail to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.
