The first floor boasts an expansive layout featuring a tastefully adorned living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The inviting living space offers a cable-ready Smart TV and access to the balcony for enjoying colorful afternoon sunsets and partial views of the beach. The dining table accommodates 4 guests, with additional seating for 6 at the bar. The well-stocked kitchen ensures you have everything you need to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal for your loved ones. Adjacent to the kitchen, discover a bunk area with twin bunks and a full bath, ideal for the younger members of the family.

Ascend to the second level to find three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The Queen suite offers a private bath and a partial view of the beach. Both guest bedrooms also have private baths. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV's, and complimentary high-speed internet is available throughout the property.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel, EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for the Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

Take a refreshing dip in the inviting community pool or access the sandy shores through the gated beach access just steps away from the property. Parking is made convenient with space for up to 3 vehicles available under the house, while an outdoor shower offers a convenient spot to rinse off after a day of beachside adventures. Trash receptacles are conveniently located, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment throughout your stay.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates between November 1st through the end of February.

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Guest-friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with Gold Star. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee. We recommend that each guest purchase Travel Insurance in the event of sickness or other qualifying trip cancellation.
