Introduction:
This home is in the Normal Station neighborhood near the University of Memphis where my family lived for five years. We embarked on a significant renovation to create an inviting space for unforgettable getaways. When you rent this home, you get access to the full property including the main house & backhouse. Our favorite spot is the backyard, where we love to sit, relax, and enjoy the hot tub while spending quality time with friends and family. The private backhouse offers flexibility for two separate groups or for anyone who prefers their own space. *Main House Bed/Bath: 1600 sq-ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 bonus room
*Backhouse: 400 sq-ft, featuring 1 bedroom with twin bunk beds, 1 living area with pull-out couch, and 1 full bathroom.
*Layout of Main House: 2 downstairs bedrooms with king beds and smart TVs share a hallway bathroom between them. The bonus room downstairs has a pull-out couch, desk & TV. Upstairs you will find 1 room with 4 twin beds. The bonus room & upstairs bedroom share a bathroom located by the stairs. Indoor dining room table seats 6, two desks’ workstations. Kitchen with fridge, oven/stove, microwave, & Keurig coffee station. General cooking & eating supplies are provided.

*General Areas of Town: Laurelwood Shopping Center, Highland Strip, Cooper Young, Overton Square, & Brookhaven Circle.
*Breakfast: Brother Juniper’s, Bryant’s (long line but moves quick).
*Lunch/Dinner: Our favorite BBQ places are Central BBQ, Corky’s, The BBQ Shop (BBQ spaghetti) & finally Rendezvous downtown. Other foods: Elwood’s Shack, City Silo (healthy), Happy Greek, Soul Fish Café, Huey’s, Memphis Pizza Café, or Garibaldis (recommend BBQ pizza), Maciel’s Tortas & Tacos, Fridas, Gus’s World-Famous Fried Chicken.
*Bars/Restaurants: Young Avenue Deli for pool tables, Lafayette’s, or the Bluff for live music, Railgarten for outdoor bar.

? Do not pick at the plants, no matter how much we water them they do not grow back.
?There is a fire extinguisher under the sink in the kitchen. If you use it for anything other than putting out a fire, you'll be charged $500 on top of any other cleaning or damage fees.
? Be a good neighbor and keep noise to a minimum after 11PM and before 7AM (Memphis' noise ordinance)
? No matter how simple something is, if it is broken please do not attempt to fix it. Report damage in a timely manner and we'll take care of it.
