Welcome to the Goodrich House our lovely home in Crocus Hill. An area where you can walk, while exploring the local shops and restaurants. The location puts you minutes from downtown Saint Paul and a short drive to Minneapolis, making this the perfect home base during your Twin Cities vacation.
The space:
The apartment is located on the second level of a renovated 1920s Duplex. It is a two-story apartment. We have designed the space for warmth and comfort while retaining the historic charm. The décor and furnishings have been selected to reflect the local culture, with many pieces being curated by local artisans.

The layout and amenities are as follows:
-Living room: The room features a fireplace, wood molding, and antique pieces. Plenty of seating for larger groups, and the layout lends to a conversation and gathering area. We also provide guests access to Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. If you want to stay unplugged, you will find several board games and a record player.
-Bedroom 1: We have taken care to furnish the bedrooms with your comfort. All beds have high-quality mattresses and organic sheets. You will have no problem getting a good night’s rest. The main bedroom features a king bed and intelligent T.V. with large panel windows that fill the room with natural light. This bedroom is on the main floor of the apartment.
-Bedroom 2: The second bedroom features two twin beds and a day bed, allowing additional sleeping and lounging. The bedroom also has a smart TV. This bedroom is on the main floor of the apartment.
-Bedrooms 3 and 4: The third and fourth bedrooms house queen size beds and intelligent TVs. They are on the second floor of the apartment. They are connected by a full-size bathroom that also contains the laundry.
-Kitchen/Dining: The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils for cooking and baking. The sleek modern design offers a space to create your favorite home-cooked meal, and the multiple coffee-making options will make sure you start your day right. The dining room has a large round table perfect for entertaining guests or family meals.
-Bathroom: In the bathroom, we provide guests with plush linens/towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Our charming apartment is the perfect haven for families, couples, and small groups that want to experience local culture and still be near all the popular sites and attractions.

Home Truths:

There are multiple flights of stairs up to the apartment. There are stairs up to the front door of the duplex, and then there are two flights of stairs up to the unit. The apartment is two stories.

Great design, Great location, Great Hosts!

We loved our stay at the Goodrich House! The house was located in perfect location to be able to walk to shops and restaurants. The house was super clean and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed time in the beautiful garden outback. It’s perfect for families/multi families and couples. Thanks for having us! We will be back again!!
