Just a short drive to some of Florida's best beaches and island getaways. Enjoy a day at the beach and retreat back to this roomy location with plenty of bedrooms, parking, and 4k TVs throughout. Perfect for family reunions. Less than 10 minutes to Cape Coral's yacht club on the Caloosahatchee, 25 min to Fort Myers beach on the island of Estero, 25 min to the Sanibel Island Causeway beaches, 30 min to the famous Sanibel lighthouse beach, 45 min to Vanderbilt Beach, 45 min to Bonita Beach
The space
Home opens to the living room and dining room with the kitchen continuing further ahead around the corner to the right. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are down the left hallway on the main floor. A fourth bed is in the upstairs great room which functions as a makeshift bedroom along with the 3rd full bathroom and upper balcony overlooking a tropical backyard with grand southern oaks and lush tropical ground covering plants. All bedrooms contain ceilings fans and lights.
