Perdido Key Beach House - Walk to the Flora-Bama

Welcome to The Fun House! We purchased this home in 2020 and have loved every minute we spend here. You are a short walk to the Flora-Bama, The Flora-Bama Yacht Club is in your back yard. We are located in a quiet, small fully fenced and gated subdivision of homes and in a prime location to enjoy all the best things the Florida/Alabama line has to offer. Beach access is available through the Flora-Bama and there are three restaurants within walking distance.

The home featured a carport with covered parking for three cars with additional space for three more cars directly behind. There is a maximum of six cars allowed and there is no parking on the curb or the street.

When you enter through the ground level door in the carport, there is a bunk room with a shower, toilet and sink directly in front of you. Perfect for teenagers! Up the first flight of stairs to the main level, you will find a well appointed kitchen with a double oven, and all the appliances, cookware, utensils, and dishes you’ll need for your family. There is a large den with seating for 12 (there is a white futon couch), a breakfast bar with seating for 4, and a dining room table that can seat six. There is a large center island perfect for prepping or buffeting your meals. There is a large front porch with two seating arrangements and the large teal couch pulls out into a day bed for lounging. The laundry room is on this main level, there is also a master on the main level with a king bed and a full bath with a shower, double sinks, and a large closet. There is also a porch that can be accessed from the main level master or through a sliding door in the kitchen.
If you follow the flight of stairs to the second level, there is a another very large master bedroom with two king beds on either sides of the L shaped room and are separated by wooden Asian screen. There is a large closet, a den with a futon and TV and a large master bathroom with a glass shower, jacuzzi tub, and double sinks. There is access to a porch with very comfortable chairs.
On the second level there is also a queen guest bedroom with attached bath that has a shower. There is porch access from this bedroom as well that has a nice table and chairs for coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening.
On the second floor landing there is a pull down attic ladder to access the finished third floor. We are working on installing a spiral staircase, but until then, it is recommended that only 18+ use the third floor due to the ladder. There are TWO full beds, a powder room, large sectional sofa and TV on the third floor and it’s a fun area to hang out in!
