Situated on the north end of Longboat Key, this beach-to-bay community boasts deeded beach access and a waterfront location on Bishop's Bayou which leads out to Sarasota Bay for boating, fishing, kayaking & paddle boarding. On the gulf side, the Whitney Beach Conservancy offers two tennis courts, a grill area, and tiki-style huts for shady beachside picnics. Chaise lounge chairs are provided in the community's private beach area.
The canal outside the condo is a seasonal breeding area for manatees, and the gorgeous glass sliders offer unbeatable viewing opportunities. You'll love the open-concept interior and the condo's dreamy coastal decor is sure to set the tone for your stay. The full kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need to prepare beach snacks or home-cooked meals and a dishwasher is included for easy cleanup. In the evenings, unwind with shows and movies on the living room smart TV. The bedroom features private balcony access and partial Gulf views. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
