International buffet- couldn’t eat the steak. Couldn’t chew the steak as it was too tough. I brought it to the managers attention. She said she was going to talk to the Chef, however, I told her that my opinion was not the Chefs fault and that I thought it was the quality of the meat. Also noticed that the only beer options that you have are XX Lager and Bohemia. Poor options on beer for an all inclusive hotel. Lastly I tried to book dinner at La Bahia and couldn’t do it. When I got the resort I was told it was one of my options. I check in at around 130pm. By the time I got the room it was around 2pm. I downloaded the app to reserve at La Bahia and couldn’t reserve through the app.. I called the operator, they transferred me a couple times to the restaurant and they never answered. I explained to the operator that I was trying to reserve at La Bahia and she told me I had to go to the restaurant. I tried talking to the concierge and he wasn’t on his desk. By the time I talked to the concierge it was 305pm. I asked him for help booking at La Bahia and he told me they stop making reservations at 3pm and that I needed to go to the restaurant and ask if I can still book. I went to the restaurant immediately and the lady (greeter) was not polite and she wasn’t able to help me out. Bottom line I wasted time and couldn’t even eat the restaurant. Very poor service!
