Great for kids and families
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Initially, before check in, I was hesitant due to some inconsistencies in charges and stated pricing, but Estrella quickly apologized and refunded the difference.
The home is a new build, which had perks and a few issues. It is very clean with all new features and furniture. A few minor hiccups with shower flow and shower rod came up, likely due to not having been used previously. The dog items included were a nice touch. (dog bowls and extra leash).
Estrella was very responsive to issues and tried to quickly remedy, including dropping by coffee cups which were not in the cabinet.
My kids LOVED the outdoor swings, fire pit, hot tub, and indoor games. They seemed comfortable in their beds. If you have a toddler, you may want another unit, as this one has a piano that my daughter enjoyed playing early in the morning (unfortunately!).
The queen guest room was reportedly a bit uncomfortable according to my mother-in-law. The master suite was cozy and spacious. It was nice having the upstairs porch for drinking coffee in the morning. We also used the fire pit several times and enjoyed the hot tub. Did not try out the grill.
Kitchen has most kitchen items needed. They have a coffee machine, but it is for drip coffee. They provide K-cups but no Keurig available. No problem though because their are lots of yummy local coffee spots!
This location is close to two swim beaches-one free and one paid. We preferred the free one due to cleanliness.
