Once the rental agreement + guest verification have been signed and r'cd you will receive the keyless entry code.

By booking our home you are agreeing to our house rules.
You will have access to the entire home except the owners locked closet and the garage.

The Bloom is a 5 bedroom single family home curated for relaxation to unwind and enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer. You will be treated to beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces that include a private, heated swimming pool (additional fees apply) , a large sun-splashed backyard, and a game room with a pool table. Please note: there is one step down into the game room.

OUTDOOR CAMERAS: Exterior cameras are located in the front of the home for security. There are no interior cameras.

NOISE MONITORS: Noise monitors are located inside and outside of the home to ensure quiet hours of 10pm-9am are followed. These measure decibel levels only. No sound is transmitted or recorded.

GUEST SCREENING: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay.
